I had my eyebrows threaded here. The service was quick, much less painful than waxing, and very fairly priced. They fit my appointment in with only a day's notice. My esthetician was very honest about my options for maintainence - she let me know I could get away with doing it at home, but assured me that coming in for a touch up would be quick and inexpensive. Will definitely return.

Used to be a good place for men's haircuts. Been there for a year and each haircut was around $23. Suddenly the last time it was $38... No hair products were used, same treatment as the previous appointment. Just my experience as a male. Need to find a barbershop. The decor of the place is nice.

I am in complete shock with my hair, it is AMAZING! I love it soooo much, I’ve been to many hair stylists before to try meet my hair needs and I finally found the one I’ll stay with forever. I have a darker complexion, with naturally thick dark brown hair, and I always wanted my hair to be lightened. After one session and messages, we both figured out what I actually wanted. Jenna did blonde ends and shadow root ( don’t know how to describe it, she can describe it better than me lol) but she DEFINITELY met my hair needs and I’m in love with my hair. I feel like a brand new woman with 10x more confidence in myself. It’s only been a couple days and I already had so many compliments. ???? Anyways, Jenna is amazing! I completely and 100% recommend her to everyone! She’s sweet, funny and kind. ???? She’s my all time favourite stylist now and I hope that if anyone has any problems with dark thick hair, that they give her a chance, because she will fulfill their hair wishes ????❤️

This is a great salon, with very friendly and attentive staff. After checking in I was asked by not 1 but 2 different people if someone had checked me in. I think this was more so because they don't currently have a receptionist. They certainly make you feel welcomed! I was offered a beverage, and even a refill. They have a separate waiting room with Netflix, good for keeping kids and accompanying peoples occupied. They are very conscientious with waste management and sustainability. You'll notice a dual flush toilet and actual hand towels in the washrooms. I know they received an award in sustainability as well, and 98% of salon waste is recycled! It's the little things that really get me excited about this place. Downsides are limited parking space and the location can be tricky to find. I believe they used to have parking in the old Lydia's lot which no longer exists. They can be a little hard to find for anyone looking on Broadway, the building is on Broadway but the actual shop is tucked behind adjacent shops so be sure to look down 11th! On to the haircut.. I booked for my first appointment with Shae Brown and she was very kind. I generally have a hard time socializing and opening up to a new stylist, I find it very awkward, not with her though! She was incredibly helpful and gave me plenty of hair tips and tricks. I came in with a photo and left with a nearly identical cut with some tweaks suited to me. She offered her opinion and I felt like there was a good balance of listening to what I wanted from the cut and recommendations on what would improve and personalize it. I ended up listening to her suggestions and am very happy I did. She was very patient and helped me get the right length. She went in and took a little extra off twice after the initial cut and dry. Anyone transitioning from long to short hair knows the struggle, and I really appreciate her patience. I called and got in same day on a Saturday which was an extra bonus and I got a much needed haircut before the holidays! It helps that they have longer hours and are open until 9pm most days. 10/10 recommend!

Last year, I stumbled upon Revamp and decided to give them a try. I booked with KATHRYN and WOW!!!!! I truly think it was the first time I loved my hair. She's such a good listener (and talker ????, but the right amount of chatty!), patient, kind and so talented! Everything you want in a hairdresser. Oh, her lunges and squats are also impressive! I ???? recommend Kathryn for all your hair needs- I just can't thank her enough!

I just started going to this salon. It is quite clean and professional. It can come across as a bit serious and intimidating when first entered but it is quite welcoming. I love the hair washing sinks where you don't have to crank your neck and the tv waiting lounge is a fun touch. Taryn, my hairdresser is the bomb! She is so passionate about trying new things and loves playing with colour! She really is the Snipper of Split ends, the Lady of my locks, and the Madame of dye. Definately got to request her????

They look at their customers as lessons for their staff!!!! I expected to have a highlight and received something which was barely low-light, lots of copper color on my hair and even one side of my hair had barely any color. They accepted what they have done on my hair but the only solution they offered was toning (which stays for a couple of days and made my hair totally dark) or another session which I had to pay for. They accepted that there was their staff mistake and the owner called it a lesson for that staff!!!! It seems that customers should pay the price for the training of staff. I have a shoulder length hair and with 50% discount they charged me $150 for such a terrible service. I don't recommend this salon to anyone and I am really disappointed with their service. Don't waste your time and money in this salon.
