I've been a client of Scott's for almost 15 years now and I've never once gotten a haircut I didn't absolutely love. Everyone on the team at Ruckle is friendly and puts the extra effort into making you feel not only welcome in the salon but like a part of a little community while you're there. The salon is always clean and bright and looks modern and beautiful. I've recommended the stylists here to countless people, as I frequently change my hairstyle and every time I do someone asks me who gave me such a great cut. Don't go here unless you expect to be charged far, far more than quoted. Does more than three times the original quote sound fair? If you were quoted $150 once the stylist looked at your hair and you were happy with the results with the first treatment and stated that fact, why would there be more work done? This new client was manipulated into doing more work and also a cut (barely a trim) that she insisted a few times she did not want. To the tune of $322. This does not include the generous tip!

Their team of hairstylists are top notch. The only place I will get my hair styled in Sarnia. Prices are reasonable and service is fantastic. The new location is beautiful. It is such a breathe of fresh air to be able to look out onto the water while waiting for colour to set.

I went in here for the first time today. Long scraggly hair and Miranda was at the front and was my stylist. I told her she could do what ever she wanted to do with my hair. She treated amazing and gave me a very nice style!!! I feel 10 years younger. Thankyou Miranda. The salon is beautiful and a very nice atmosphere!

This is a review not for my hair cut but for the situation I was put in by another customer and member of staff. Maddy is the most lovely girl and I always enjoy a little catch up with her! this review is not for you. Today I was re-telling my story of my fathers passing away this year, we were suddenly interrupted by a member of staff (male with glasses) who says his client has asked me to place my mask on my face "properly". The client who I will call Karen is sitting more than 5 feet from me and is in no in danger as she herself has a double face mask on. Is this really the world we live in? Im sorry my face mask slipped from my nose as I was trying to have a conversation with someone other than my 3 children who I always look after. As I reflect on this I have decided I will not be returning to your salon if this is how customers are treated. Thank you Maddy for making the situation better for me after this incident. I felt your compassion when you turned my chair away from the direction of the other client.
