(Translated) I use my wife's account to comment on the appalling experience I had. I had mentioned to the guy that 'I was getting married' in 2 days and that 'it was important to me' that it be sharp. I usually spend $ 20-25 on a haircut but trust krwn as it was important this time around. It was uncomfortable how my barber was nonchalant and I had to point him to several badly done spots during the process. He didn't know how to shave my neck and my wife laughed at my head when I got home. I still had hairs all over my chin, and the cut was awkward. I finally walked away $ 40 less rich and wasted another 2 hours looking for a place. I'm not the type of guy to run into someone on a bad day but I got equally bad service when I went back to them to explain that I had to repay a salon after my date with them . They didn't want to reimburse me, thought they gave me a credit (which I don't really want) and finally asked for my phone number to call me back eventually, which they still haven't done in 10 days . I think the guys are cool but still very inexperienced in hairdressing and bad managers. I will personally not go back and trust someone more serious next time. C'était mal à l'aisant comment mon barbier était nonchalant et j'ai dû lui pointer plusieurs endroits mal fait au courant du processus. Il ne savait pas comment me raser le cou et ma femme a rit de ma tête quand je suis revenu à la maison. J'avais encore des poils partout en dessous du menton, et la coupe était gênante. Je suis finalement reparti 40$ moins riche et j'ai perdu un autre 2 heures à chercher un endroit. Je suis pas le genre de gars à tomber sur quelqu'un pour une mauvaise journée mais j'ai eu un tout aussi mauvais service quand je suis retourné les voir pour expliquer que j'avais dû repayer un salon après mon rendez-vous chez eux. Ils n'ont pas voulu me rembourser, ont pensé me donné un crédit (que je veux pas vraiment) et m'ont finalement demandé mon numéro de téléphone pour me rappeler éventuellement, ce qu'ils n'ont toujours pas fait en 10 jours. Je pense que les gars sont bin cool mais encore très peu expérimenté en coiffure et mauvais gestionnaires. Je n'y retournerai personnellement pas et ferait confiance à quelqu'un de plus sérieux la prochaine fois. Eric, 29 ans
