Le lendemain matin, 40 minutes avant mon rendez-vous on m’appele pour me dire qu’il n’y aucun rendez-vous à mon nom et que ça doit être une erreur! J’insiste, j’ai dit qu’on m’a bien confirmer la date et l’heure! Bref, ils n’ont rien fait pour m’aider et franchement la madame voulait vite raccrocher. Je n’ai jamais été aussi mal servie.
