Par respect pour ma fille et pour qu'elle ne subisse pas de moquerie je ne mettrai pas de photo, mais c'est la pire coupe. Si j'avais su, je lui aurais fait et cela aurait été mieux! Elle en avait rien à faire de ma fille et de ma demande, quand on est arrivé elle ne faisait rien et tout ce qu'elle voulait faire de sa journee c'est rien! Une toupette trop courte sur un cheveux ondulé ça ne se fait pas! C'est la base en coiffure! Elle aurait fait l'erreur sur cheveux mouillés je veux bien, mais elle a coupé sur cheveux secs! Quand je lui fait la remarque sur Jeanne d'arc elle a rigolé alors que je ne rigolé pas! Je lui ai dit ben voyons c'est trop court et c'est de travers, elle m'a répondu les cheveux ça pousse! Nan mais franchement! Aucune excuse, aucune remise en question elle en avait strictement rien à faire de ce qu'on pensait. Ma fille était tellement triste (d'ailleurs elle l'est encore, Merci Colorsha) J'avais déjà eu une mauvaise experience il y a deux ans ( on est une famille de 5) j'avais contacté le salon via Facebook) pour faire part de la mauvaise experience de ma fille aînée, ( coiffeuse qui propose à ma fille de lui arracher les cheveux) jamais eu de réponse, aucune compensation, rien. Pour ça que le salon est vide un samedi, aucun respect de la clientèle, aucun suivi avec les coiffeurs. Elle est loin l'époque du ColorSha avec tout ces bons coiffeurs comme Bled, Cathy, Franco et la bonne ambiance qui y régnée. En tout cas, c'est fini pour tout les membres de notre famille, je ne recommanderais plus ce salon au contraire. Un conseil si vous y allez " courage, fuyez!"
