I visited Hair Haus for the first time to see Aimee and get my brows done via microblading. From the minute I entered, co-owners Justin and Aimee were so friendly and personable. I was very comfortable while I waited; the salon itself is lovely! Now - if you've ever considered microblading, the only person you need to see is Aimee. She is an artist! I could not be happier with my results. Aimee takes her work very seriously and is constantly furthering her own education so she always knows how to best serve her clients and do her job. Her commitment to continuous learning shows! She is meticulous, highly skilled and has a great eye for what makes a fantastic brow. I was very self conscious before, having very thin, fine brows. Not anymore! Aimee created the perfect shape and thickness of brows for my face shape, and happily answered all my questions along the way. I still cannot believe I have these beautiful brows! To say I highly recommend Aimee is a drastic understatement. There is nowhere else to go for brows other than Hair Haus!!!!! Thank you, Aimee! :D

Myself and my family have frequented this salon for over 5 years. My son goes to Justin to get a fresh cut every 6 weeks and loves engaging him in friendly conversation. His attention to detail is impeccable and he is the best hairstylist/barber out there! Amie is lovely she is fast, sweet and always remembers little details about her clients and is always on time. She keeps my eyebrows clean! In fact upon entertaining the salon the reception team always carries the biggest smiles. Sometimes its Kelly, with her warm sweet demeanor or it's Colleen with her great smile and her joking personality! Between the 4 of them you'll always be taken care of with the best smiles, personalities and loving care. Old or young! My young daughter has even gone for manicures and loves her chats with Amie. Highly recommended. Not sure why this is not a 5 star review from all!

Amie is an eyebrow microblading artist, she is a perfectionist with a kind demeanor. First thing that come to mind is my eyebrows look extremely natural. Amie also is a pleasure to be around. The way Amie did my brows frames my face naturally. I have gotten numerous compliments immediately from strangers and friends that knew I was getting microblading done and didn't. I should've this done to my eyebrows a while ago, especially from Amie at Hair Haus next I'll be doing some microfeathering:). Now I know semi-permanent makeup is most definitely the way to go. I was hesitant to get a "tattoo" on my face ... and actually walked out of an appointment at another salon because I wasn't confident she was going to do what I wanted, but the second I walked into Hair Haus and met with Amie, I knew I was in the right hands. When my wife said she was going to get an eyebrow tattoo. I was skeptical to say the least. To this day I cannot tell there is a tattoo anywhere and her eyebrows look great. So I just have to acknowledge work that u am impressed by. So I had to say the Microblading (as I now know that what it is called) work done by Hair Haus is impeccable. My wifes eyebrows look flawless. So I definitely recommend the quality of the "brow art" at Hair Haus.

Three years ago, I had gone to a salon in Windsor and gotten microblading done. The stylist was new and as a result I ended up devastated with my “new” brows. The shape was off, it was far too dark and not at all natural. Ever since then I have struggled with major self confidence issues, I mean seriously your eyebrows are the main focal point on your face! About six months ago I stumbled across the Hair Haus Instagram page and they have seriously been a god send. Aime and her team have been nothing short of amazing. They have helped me gain confidence that I didn’t even realize was possible. I am a long standing customer at Hair Haus, and I would like to respond to Bejia Auger’s review of her “experience” 7 days before Christmas, the busiest time of year at a salon, and in a pandemic, the likes of which we have never experienced before. First of all, Amie, Justin and Kelly run a highly successful, BUSY shop, made even busier by the pandemic, as they are limited as to the number of people they can accomodate in their space. They are BUSY because they are kind, lovely people, all three of them, and it is not an exaggeration when I say, they want to please everyone. So having said that, I happened to be there, in their salon on the day in question. Anyone who owns and operates a service business will tell you, you try to do what you can to fit people in who PHONE AT THE LAST MINUTE, RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS, AND THEY CAN ONLY COME ON A CERTAIN DAY WHEN YOU ARE ALREADY FULLY BOOKED. Just wanted to make this clear. It was because she is so kind, that Amie decided to fit this person in over her lunch time. You know the old saying, “no good deed goes unpunished?” So yes, when you are told that you are being fitted in, as you book your appointment, YOU CAN EXPECT TO WAIT. Micro blading is NOT something you can do “on the fly”, it is meticulous work, and right now, in A PANDEMIC, you can’t have all those people in together. Think it through people. So this is one thing this person is not mentioning. The other thing this person is not saying, is that she was angry and RUDE. What person comes STOMPING into a business, SLAMS the door hard enough to make everyone in the room jump! and proceeds to lambast the other owner while he is cutting someone’s hair. To say nothing of her demeanour.......we are to be at least 6 feet away from each other right now, but that means nothing to a self righteous person who is determined to have their way, and their say. I can honestly say I have never experienced such HOSTILITY up close, and it made me embarrassed for her. Perhaps she should take a look at EVERY OTHER REVIEW ON THIS SITE IS POSITIVE AND COMPLIMENTARY. Hmmmmmm, I wonder why that is? Enough said. Please disregard this person’s review, as it is completely without merit. I was there. I experienced her wrath. Believe me.

Not only are the staff professional, pleasant and super down to earth, I feel that owner of the salon went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, thirst quenched and properly numbed for my first time microblading experience, which I was super nervous about. The best part, my brows, i'm totally obsessed!! I literally could not be happier with the service and results! The price and quality that you get can't be beat! I have found my forever salon and can't wait to go back. Thank you SO much Amie!

The best place in London without a doubt, the staff are great and very professional. The studio is creatively designed and they offer a wide range of services right in Wortley Village. I never really found a good barber growing up so I typically went for just a short cut but since I started going to Hair Haus I just let Justin do his job because he is always onto the latest trends and styles, that I have never left disappointed.

It was my first time. I was left in a chair from 11.30am (my apptmt time), till 12.30pm, while the girl did Brows of 2 other clients (in another room). I had to tell another hairstylist I needed to wait in my car bc I needed to take my mask off, from nausea. At 12.48, another 20 minutes later) the girl came out to my car and said "are you ready to come in now?". I was puzzled at her statement (as I was ready since my apptmt time of 11.30am). She repeated the same statement, so I responded "well, I am a bit upset about the 1hr 20min wait. She responded immediately "so you don't want to do it today!". I was shocked, "No, I just said I was a bit upset at the wait". This person then told me "Well, I'm not really feeling it now... you're upsetting me...! I stated, "are you kidding me, you're going to make me wait 1hr 20min and then refuse service because I said it was a long wait". I was then told I "was going to make her cry, did I want her to be crying while she was doing my Brows!". I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. There were several other inappropriate statements made to me by this girl...then she informed me she gives 120% to her clients, to which I responded "well, you are treating me very badly, and I am your client, I can't believe you". She brought out a wipe for the numbing cream & tape (left on my face the whole 1hr 20min), said one final snarky remark and she went back inside. Throughout her whole ordeal... "I" was to fault and making her so upset I was rendering her incapable of continuing to work. My apptmt was to get brow micro brasion (sp.?), a $350 service. You would think that such a service would provide a good level of care and professionalism. I have never experience such a situation when attending any service, never mind been so verbally/passive aggressively attacked for no reason...a 1hr 20min wait with no explanation or apology, is a very reasonable concern. I was going to leave, but decided to speak to the own and entered the salon. The girl was back in back room. I asked the fellow if she was the owner. He said "yes, we are co-owner". I told him "I can not believe the way this person just treated me... briefly stating her behavior without all her antics. At least this fellow listened, but did not respond, probably couldn't. And, I needed to just get out of this ridiculously disrespectful situation. I left, completely upset, stressed, and without the service I unknowing exposed myself to... 2 hrs later. I have never experience such disgusting behavior from a service. I have never written, nor had reason to write a poor review on any service, but this is one time that this person/owner needs to be exposed for her behavior, bc clearly her ego is more important to her than treating an innocent client properly when she screws up. The lady that greeted me was very nice, and friendly, and the fellow owner did listen... the 2 stars are for them, Thx u.

In response to Bejia Auger---- I was in Hair Haus getting a haircut and my hair dyed with veggie dye by Kelly. A customer who was sitting on the couch waiting for the freezing in her eyebrow regions to take affect, in prep for Microblading, announced she needed to sit in her car to take a break from wearing her mask. She mentioned too that she was waiting too long for her appointment. One of the owners, Amie Sans, was able to squeeze her into an appointment time that day only by omitting her own lunch hour to make the time commitment. The customer's original appointment was in January and Amie chose to lose her lunch break to accommodate the new customer before Christmas. Amie went out to the customer's car to retrieve her and then returned inside visibly upset. She went back to her spa room and a few minutes later the woman stormed into the building. She berated Justin about the way they conduct business and how rudely she was treated. Then Kelly came out of Amie's spa room. The customer thought she was Amie and berated her in a rude manner, flinging insults and then still demanding the Microblading service from her. Kelly just stood there and listened politely and didn't correct her mistaken identity error. She wouldn't have been allowed to get a word in edgewise anyway. The woman stormed out after not getting the responses she wanted by anyone. Justin, Kelly and Amie talked to her, even in her volatile state, in gentle, polite and proactive manners. I was told by Amie afterwards that she didn't feel comfortable continuing on with the Microblading service due to the customer's demeanour. These three professionals are always upbeat, making you feel wonderful physically and emotionally with your spa treatments. I would highly recommend their services to everyone!
