I needed a hair cut to attend a wedding this weekend found Concept Elite online with good reviews. I was brought to the "barber" side for my haircut, and told the "barber" I wanted #1 clipper on the side and a fohawk on the top with a fade. She didn't not come close to what I wanted, she cut so much hair that she recommended to comb side ways basically a comb over style instead of the fohawk which I originally asked... i wasn't happy but I was optimistic that it will grow back, so I payed and left with a slight disappointment. My girlfriend couldn't stop laughing and stare at this never seen cut, she kept saying it looked like an abstract look. When I got home and showered me and my girlfriend realized how uneven my hair was cut there was nothing I could do to make it look normal. There was visible uneven lines that at the wedding even with low light people could tell... I'm really not happy to have cut my hair at this place, I should have just left my hair as it was. Too be honest i dont know why i should have payed for this cut???

UPDATE: I have since gone here a handful of times and had a great experience. But recently I went and my Barber cut a mole on my neck open and told me nothing. I kept bleeding down my neck for several minutes after my haircut without realizing until I touched my neck and my fingers had blood on them. I just don't understand why no one would say anything, let alone pocket my tip without telling me.. Pricing was decent, but the guy cutting my hair made an awkward comment about my hairline that made me check and re-check my hair feeling self-conscious. Months later I am still like "what was he talking about?" Will likely avoid and go to another hair salon/barber shop after that.

Bring my 12 year old son there every 2 weeks and every time the price is different. We are told 40$ 35$ 30$ 22$, whatever the guy at the cash feels like charging. first off i went to the front desk and their was a woman there to greet me upon entry i smiled said hello gave my name and my time of appointment she then hesitated couldn't understand or help and had to get someone who spoke English to come and assist me. i asked for a lighter color of hair since my hair was very dark. i was told that a couple highlights would make it look lighter. i got very unnatural looking streaks put in my hair. 140$ later I left the salon looking very similar to as how i came in. i re booked another appointment. i was given additional highlights around m face and was put under a blow dryer to speed up the process. (this technique is old school and destroys hair) as an addition i got bleach put in m shampoo to lighten up the strands that was already given on my first appointment as a result my hair did look lighter but the highlights that were just added around m face were MORE light compared to the rest because she stuck me under a blow dryer.... 5 days later my streaks around my face are so bad very orange and the rest of m hair is brown with orange copper looking highlights. very dispointed!.

Went to the “barbier” i asked for a lowfade which is a haircut ive always had for maybe like 3 years the guy gave me a weird undercut typa thing i told the guy that wasn’t what I wanted and he started laughing saying it was at this point i looked like a palm tree i then asked the guy to cut maybe a inch of the top so that it can look kinda normal he proceeded to cut half my hair in the front and left the back end long now I basically look like a balding 17 year old everything is uneven he thinned out the top of my hair and even the fade was uneven there was a strand of hair sticking out from the side
