Horrible experience! I went in for a balayage and haircut with Catrina. I showed her pictures and explained in detail what I wanted: a soft, blended, natural-looking balayage, and a small trim as I didn't want to change my haircut, simply clean up the ends. Well, 4 hours and 300$ later, and see attached pictures for the result! Blochy, uneven, unnatural color, and to top it off she ruined my haircut and thinned my ends when I specifically told her not to. I literally ran to another salon to get it fixed, but all they could do was put in some darker lowlights and a toner to make it look better as my hair cannot be bleached again anytime soon without falling off my head. The other salon's stylists couldn't even believe a PROFFESSIONAL did this to me. They proudly promote their 'Redken artist', which is actually only the owner and not the people she hires to do your hair. GO ELSEWHERE!
