I went in with a picture of what I wanted and they said they could do it. I have light brown hair and had asked for a fairly dramatic change with a combination of blonde and red highlights throughout. First they bleached my hair but forgot to condition after and when a woman tried brushing my hair a great deal fell out and even more broke. They then put in the colour and let it set. So far everything had taken about 3.5 hours and I had to rush out to get my son from school so I left without them blow drying. Later that day when I dried my hair I barely noticed any difference from my natural colour, nor did anyone else in my family. I figured maybe after a few washes it would lighten but nope! It looks brown and dull with a considerable amount of breakage. $175 for nothing but broken hair. Next time I'll be going back to my regular salon in Montreal. They atleast know what they're doing. Not a happy customer here.

Elle refusait de me prêter le séchoir voulait faire une mise en pli dont je ne voulais pas, l'a finalement laissé lorsque j'ai dit que j'allais partir telle quelle!!! Ça m'a couté 130$ pour revenir toute ébouriffée, les cheveux tout croches....mais les mèches semblent ok ...sauf sur les côtés, en ai pas.....N'y aller pas si VOTRE coiffeuse n'y est pas....

I hate making appointments and rarely get the same coiffeuse, but no bad haircuts in 5 years! They have new decor that is way nicer and "trendier".
