Delightfully surprised by the talent and professionalism at this St Catharines salon. Since moving from the city to St Kitts, I wasn't able to find a stylist that understood my hair. Well all that's changed! I came in with a tired look and left with a fabulous cut/color at a reasonable price. Jacqueline is both skilled and friendly. Two characteristics that make for a brilliant hair stylist.

I've been coming to Signatures for years! The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. Marisa and Cassandra did my hair and makeup for my wedding and they were so thorough and made sure I was happy with everything before the big day and the day of. Jessica gives the best massages and there are incredible promotions every month to take advantage of. Being a client at Signatures is like being part of the family!

Love their spray tans with Fake Bake line. I also have had full head of highlights and a cut with two different hairdressers both times were great. I think a nice touch of customer service could be to offer to take the clients coat. Other than that the staff are friendly and hospitable.

Although Rachel is my go-to every time, I had a hair emergency and she was booked up, so I had to step out of my comfort-zone and have someone else cut my hair. Shock horror! But it's ok; Jacqueline stepped in, stepped up and blew me away (metaphorically speaking of course) with an excellent style, almost identical to the service which Rachel performs on a regular basis. The atmosphere in the salon is always so light and cheery too. I am generally indifferent to having my hair cut but I actually look forward to my appointments at Signatures. You should too.

The staff are so friendly and professional, everything is clean, their aesthetic is on point, the prices are just right and you cannot beat the quality! An overall incredible experience with great service. I never leave the salon without a smile on my face. Rachel is awesome! You can tell she has a true passion for what she does and she’s my go to stylist. 10/10 would recommend!!

I was just at Signatures and once again Cassandra performed miracles on my aging hair! She is always listening to me and trying to improve what she can do for me (it's not her fault my hair doesn't want to be young anymore!!) Must say that part of going to this particular salon is the friendliness of all the staff....at other salons only the one you are there to see talks to you, but at Signatures they will join your conversations! Makes me feel like part of the family!!

Rachel is a rising star in this industry, for sure. With Marisa away and my admiration as it is for her, I was somewhat hesitant to "settle" for any substitute stylist and admittedly let my hair grow a little longer than normal. Although entitled a Junior Stylist, Rachel works with the apparent confidence of a seasoned professional and, ultimately, I left more than satisfied and will definitely be calling on her again when the time comes.

This salon is hands-down the friendliest, most relaxing and accommodating establishment I have ever had the pleasure of visiting, and I've been to many over the years. If you plan a visit, and I recommend that you do, don't be shy about taking a chance on their junior stylist, Rachel. Although not as experienced as other stylists, she definitely holds her own and has an impeccable attention to detail. I often restyle my hair the day after a visit to a salon, but no longer. Rachel has the ability to work with your natural style and turn it into something which looks great and is low-maintenance. I expect big things from her for all my subsequent visits. And so should you.

What a delightful salon this is. I don't normally have time to write reviews, but I feel this little hidden gem is worth the effort. The staff (and customers) are so friendly and charming, I feel like I want my hair to grow faster so that I have an excuse to go back. Although the professionalism of all the staff here is second-to-none and the quality of their work is undeniable, I would recommend Rachel as my first choice; one of the most charming and talented stylists I have met yet.
