Last week, I went to Pretty and Co. for my 1st post- quarantine cut and color. Miranda did an amazing job with my full head of cool blonde highlights. So many people have complimented my new color; it's been a real confidence boost for me. The salon is very clean, comfortable and welcoming environment. I cannot recommend it enough.

Has the feel of an uber trendy big city salon, but with friendly, personable service. Staff are very talented and give great hair advice. Also, they sell the cutest hair stuff! Make sure to book far in advance because they book up fast.

My hair was a mess when I went to see Sarah: so many different colours. My one ask was that my hair be all one Color - blonde. Sarah was super skilled and did just that. After three hours my hair was the perfect Color. I have seen many hairdressers and she is the only one that was able to achieve an even light blonde in one sitting. The price as high. Sarah is very talented!

This place is a vibe. My stylist, Heather, took one look at my Pinterest board and made it happen. The place is set up like a salon but much cooler — cool furniture, lots of natural light, tons of space. Gone are the days of feeling exhausted after 4 hours in an uncomfortable chair, under fluorescent lights surrounded by noisy hair dryers.

Lyall cut my hair and added highlights to get rid of an unwanted red tinge. She did a fanatastic job, and even when I wasn’t completely pleased at first (too much blonde for me, not the stylists fault at all) they were very accomadating and were happy to get me to the perfect colour. These ladies at pretty and co are top notch and will not let you leave without being 110% happy with your hair. They know what they’re doing and do it at a high, professional standard. You will NOT be disappointed! Go see Lyall!

I have been looking for a hairstylist (who wouldn't destroy my budget) in the Niagara Region for 5 years with no luck. I just couldn't find the right fit. Sarah Hess at Pretty and Co. was exactly what I was looking for. I've been seeing Sarah for only about 6 months and it's been a real pleasure. The new location on King Street is wonderfully inviting and beautiful. A nice escape from the woes of everyday. Sarah is professional and knowledgeable and her colour is honestly beautiful. She also has been working with me to bring back my hair to healthy, since my postpartum hair has been a nightmare. I trust her opinion completely and look forward to visiting her and the rest of the crew at Pretty and Co for a very long time!

Absolutely love this salon! The only place I trust to cut my hair!! Once I have the courage to do it, I plan on dying my hair here too! The salon itself is gorgeous - they have a lovely little sitting area with so many cute plants and succulents. All of the ladies who work here are super nice and friendly and you can tell they are all super passionate about hair styling & care! 10/10 would recommend to all the ladies out there looking for a new salon! The prices are also very reasonable for the service and quality you get!
