I have heard many great things about the quality services Parlour Hair Lounge provides, however, their customer service and understanding are lacking. I have sent messages inquiring about services and have been left on read on numerous occasions. My friend was told that she was first on the wait list that was organized to be used for booking once the government allows for salons to reopen. Upon reopening, my friend was never contacted by the salon and instead had to reach out once again. She received a message from the salon explaining the poor communication within the salon itself stating that whoever reassured her that she was at the top of the waitlist never passed on this information to the rest of the staff. As a customer, I understand these times of uncertainty come with a lot of stress and has put salons in a difficult position being asked to stay closed for long periods of time. However, communication between customers and stylists needs to improve and accommodations when mistakes are made should be granted. Although this situation itself is unfortunate, the way staff handled it is more unfortunate.

Absolutely amazing experience! So pleased! I had just moved to ON and dreaded the search for a new hair salon. I found parlour online and was right here in St.Catharines!! I was able to see Kynna’s work through their website and loved her balayage work (which is what I was going in for). I was able to make an appt really swiftly and easily. What I didn’t know before I went was that the salon specializes in curly hair!?!? ???? now both my curly haired momma and I are loyals! ???? You MUST go here!!! Thank you so much to everyone at Parlour who made our experiences so amazing!!

I've been looking for a place that cuts curly hair in Niagara for the past 5 years. Finally found a keeper! The stylist, Erin, did a fantastic job with my dry cut AND didn't blow dry it straight like every other place does. I walked out with a big smile on my face, and I can't remember the last time that has happened. Thanks Erin! A nice, clean place with friendly staff. Can't ask for more.

Went in for a blonde balayage maintenance with Erin earlier this week. This was my first time visiting this salon, and I must say I’m extremely impressed. Erin took fantastic care of my hair, it has seriously never looked better. She did a gorgeous job on the cut and the colour, my blonde is so gorgeously blended. I’m SO happy. I can’t stop looking at my hair. I highly recommend this place- I seriously can’t rave about it enough. Well worth the price!!!

I was visiting from out of town and called Parlour Hair Lounge last minute to see if they had any availability for a blow dry. I left a message and within minutes, a very friendly voice called me back. She was very sweet and accommodating. Erin did my blow dry and she was extremely professional and gave me a wonderful blow dry. This parlour was clean and friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone. If I come back to St. Catherines, I will be back. Thank you for a great experience.

2 stars because the staff is super friendly, but my appointment started late, the stylist dyed my hair 2 different colours (neither of which were the colour I asked for) and gave me the worst haircut of my life.

Parlour Hair Lounge is the go-to curly hair salon in Niagara, in addition to their amazing skills in regular cuts and colour. About 2-ish years ago I decided to embrace my natural hair and Kynna helped bring my dream to reality. Regular trims, a shaping haircut every few months, and proper use of product has helped my hair SO much. My natural curl pattern had returned (its a process!) after years of straightening. If you have questions about your natural hair, want to switch to embracing your natural texture, or learn how to style, refresh or anything to do with curly/wavy hair - this is the place to go. All the staff at Parlour are super friendly and knowledgeable. :)

Erin always did my hair. She’s awesome. It’s a clean very well organized salon. I recommend it. My hair did break off and unfortunately Erin refused to see me to clean it up. That disturbed me. I was not aware it was so badly damaged. But for colour, cut, she’s one of the best.

I went for my first visit to Parlour last week and had my first balayage. Alexa was my stylist and she was great. She listened to what I wanted and delivered it expertly. I walked out feeling fantastic. The staff make you feel very comfortable too. Laid back, friendly place. I’ll go back for sure.

This is one of my favourite hair salons I've ever been to! The hair dresser I see (Kyanna), is a curly hair specialist - I've never had a hair dresser that immediately knew how to handle my hair texture, so well. The shop is clean and minimalist, great music and I love the products they use. I feel very lucky that I have found this place and am able to get in. Parlour seems popular, so if you're expecting to get in for a last minute cut, it's unlikely you'd get in quick - but it's very much worth the wait!
