I made an appointment here a week+ in advance for a simple trim. When I went there they said I didnt have an appointment. They 'had to be somewhere' or could have helped me. They said sorry and to come back next week. They remembered our original conversation so there was no mistake on my end, they just didnt make the appointment and werent willing to be helpful and make it right.. just 'come back next week if you want'. Huge dissapointment.

The reviews already speak for themselves. I went in trusting everyones great experiences and I was not disappointed. The salon is cozy and has a extremely friendly environment. Plus the stylists are confident which I think is extremely important with anyone doing your hair. I went in not really knowing what I wanted done, and gave control to the stylist, I am so impressed and pleased with how it turned out! I will forsure be back, next time bringing my daughter cause i think she will just adore the ladies!

My wife and I are new to St. Catharines and we made an appointment here for a week and a half from the date we called. When we showed up they said we didn't have an appointment. We knew this was not the case because they acknowledged the conversation we had on the phone. They apologized but then wouldn't be able to take us until the week after (it was Friday, 5pm). It was very very disappointing. The person I spoke to 'had to get somewhere' or would have been able to help us. Do not recommend.
