The ladies here are so nice, the prices are great, and Carm always squeezes me in for a haircut whenever I call. Importantly, I'm always happy with my haircut itself, of course. I usually try to pay in cash, and the last time I was there, I was short a few dollars in my wallet. I was about to use my credit card and Carm sincerely told me not to worry about it! That is fantastic customer service and mostly unheard of these days! Thank you for extra kindness.

Don't ever get your hair highlighted by Lina. I got a full head of foils done, not one of them went up to the root of my hair. There are lines all over my head, I can't even wear my hair down. On top of all that she used 40VOL developer in foils on my already lightened hair. Anyone knows that's a bad idea. My hair was completely fried. This place ruined my hair.

Perfect cut length did a great job at dying it.i was terrified going in and usually leave a place crying because I dont like it. But I left cool cuts so happy. Shellie is the best at what she does, always smiling and laughing, has hugs for all. The salon offers many great services at even better prices. She is there sometimes from 5AM to 9PMor later, sometimes even on her day off, she will bend over backwards for her loyal customers. The place is always clean and tidy. The name says it all, and they treat you as if you are one of their favorite family members. Creative and eye catching window displays and clean windows!

One of the shortest amounts of time i have ever seen someone cut my hair. 2 times after she said she was finished it didn't look right so after the 2nd time I just said it was OK payed and left. At first I thought it was just the angle in the mirror that made it look bad, but after 3 people commented "who cut your hair" I had to go get another hair cut the same day. They girl at the other salon said I shouldn't have payed for it, she fixed it for me and only charged me $10 cause she felt bad. I don't know if she just isn't good at cutting mens hair or what? The older lady that was before me seemed to be happy with her hair as she rebooked another appointment.
