I bought a wag jag deal for 3 manicures and 3 pedicures for a great price. However, good luck making an appointment! They were booking a month in advance for a manicure and pedicure. Absolutely ridiculous and what a rip off!! Not happy.

Very happy with how amazing my hair turned out. It was stained with a ugly brass color that was very hard to get out. Vanessa got it out and fixed my bland damaged hair and made it fresh and new ♥️

I love this salon. Vanessa did a beautiful job with my highlights, trim, and style. I keep checking my own hair out in the mirror because it looks great—subtle, natural, and sleek, just like I wanted. She was also incredibly fast and has great judgement and aesthetic sense. I definitely trust her to know what is going to work on me, and I get the sense that the same goes for all the stylists here. The salon is in a rambling old Victorian house with a ton of character and a really good vibe. It is extremely cool and one of a kind. Everyone I met was kind, talkative, and excited to give me tips about where to visit in the city and surrounding area. Lovely people, lovely hair, exceptional value, great environment. Alessandro Salon is a real gem and I will definitely be back and recommend. Also, you can get your brows done upstairs while your colour sits, and the brows are on point.

I've been twice now and have been blown away each time. I'm always hesitant when moving to a new hair salon or stylist, but I can safely say now that my risk paid off. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the staff were nothing short of lovely. I had a lovely conversation with my stylist (Rachel, ask for her) and she did a great job. I only wish I could post a picture for a portfolio on her behalf. Sandra (I think) also did a great job with some of my finer attributes (never trust my brows to a stranger and Rachel recommended her). Overall, I'd happily recommend Salon Alessandro to anyone looking for a good product (and I have!!!). Thanks Rachel!

I was making a drastic change. Long hair to a short style so I wanted someone with experience and I got just that. Very satisfied with my cut. It's a clean place. Quaint but stylish as it is located in an older home. I will recommend this salon heartily.

I highly recommend Paige, she did a big chop for me a while back and it looked so good I never want to grow my hair long again. She also styles it amazingly and how I like it! I'll be back often! :)

This is the only place for me. When I moved further away I tried many places that were more expensive but the quality wasn’t there. I drive 2 hours for my appointment and it’s worth it. I get compliments all the time on my hair. Rachel has compiled a great group of friendly, professional and incredibly talented staff. Rachel is my go to stylist but everyone there is exceptional.

My daughter and I are very happy that we found this place ???????? My daughter had to get hair colour stripped out. This was going to take awhile. The girl who was doing her hair is AWESOME. Her name is Amber. She made sure my daughter was comfortable. She talked to her and helped her to have a great day. When I picked her up I couldn't stop looking at her hair ???? She's already beautiful but Amber did an amazing job on her hair ???? We'll definitely be back. The other staff seemed very friendly as well. Also I should mention that I called around to get the best price. This is an all around GREAT place to go. Awesome people and great prices too :) If you're trying to find a new place, check this place out because I think you'll be happy you did ???? I know we are ????
