My Talented Master Stylist is Bobbie-Jo, I will highly recommend her to anyone that needs a 5 star hairdresser. She has an impeccable professionalism and her extensive experience makes her very successful in dealing with all hair types, also her vast knowledge in the beauty industry allows her to easily provide accurate product suggestions and advices for your hair care needs. I walked out very disappointed. I will start from the beginning, I went in for just a “haircut” and walked out with a haircut and apparently a “hairstyle” which cost me $58+ tax. ???? 2 stars: she did spend an hour on cutting my hair and my hair was already short as I was only there for a trim to get my shape back. Quality+Haircut was a plus. 3 stars lost: charged for a hairstyle that I wasn’t aware I was getting, didn’t even wash my hair and on top of that she kept cutting me and ended up bleeding a couple times. :-/ If you are looking for a quality cut and aren’t concerned about price or a couple cuts, this is the place for you! This was just my experience not every hairdresser will be the same... I am personally going to find another hairdresser. One who doesn’t over charge, is gentle and actually washes my hair. :-)

Service was amazing. I called last minute to book a complete overhaul of my hair (which I've recently learned is called a "color correction") and she fit me in right away! I gave my stylist Amilia a general idea of what I wanted and she performed some kind of hair miracle, giving me an amazing hair cut an top of it all! I walked in feeling drab and old and walked out feeling like a beauty queen. Thank you Amilia and Wikhead hair for my extreme hair makeover! And for making me feel really comfortable in the salon, despite the state my hair was in. I will definetly be back. You ladies rock!

I have had the best experiences at this salon at every appointment. Not only are the staff extremely hospitable, but they sincerely care about their customers. I lost my keys in the salon for almost an hour and the whole team stopped to help and get me on my way. Im so grateful to be surrounded by great people. And lost importantly, my hair has never looked better! Bobbie jo does an incredible men's haircut and she is so sweet and loving. It's a real treat to spend time at this salon.

I recently took my son for a haircut and was disappointed. The price for a child haircut (14 and under is listed as $12. The haircut was only ten minutes and the hair dresser barely cut any hair. She said she “decided” is looked better long and it wasn’t what he wanted. There was no offer to recut it and she charged $20. When I asked why and quoted the prices listed on the Wikhead brochure inside the salon she simply said those are not my prices I charge more . Why have those price out for people to read if everyone in the salon charged there own prices and you are not told that in the first place . Very misleading!! I will not return because I don’t want to be surprised again by prices or given A haircut that the hair dresser thinks is good enough .

Went in on whim about 2 months ago for the first time for a men's haircut. I got in nearly instantly without an appointment < woohoo> Surprisingly got the best haircut of my life by the "new apprentice stylus" that had serious precision and sense of style. Price is also super reasonable includes a rinse afterwards which isn't usually offered at such bargain price. I'll be going back, thanks!
