Ja'net, the owner has gone above and beyond when pivoting during these trying times. She makes perfect gift boxes as well as personal self care boxes as well. They are also at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend supporting this salon!

Tried the balayage special thinking I would have saved $$ but ended up wasting $140. My hair is so ugly I can’t even wear it down. It totally ruined my hair. Had balayages in the past with gracehill and hairology but this never happened! So disappointed with the salon. Staff are nice though but save yourself from disappointment

I was searching for a new salon for hair and waxing - and heard of this place but was a little wary at first... When I first called to book a hair appointment, they asked a few key questions before pairing me up with a stylist (Rachel). Making sure I was going to get the right treatment right from the start was so nice. This place has a happy atmosphere, they are on time for appointments (a huge plus for me) and always clean. Jill is awesome for waxing and facials. I’m pretty particular with my brows - and I’ve never been disappointed.

Awesome salon! I get my hair and nails done here and my esthetician is one of the best in the biz. Also have had a lash lift and tint that lasted for weeks! Oh! And they have the cutest clothing boutique that has filled half my closet! All the staff make you feel so welcome. Highly recommend.

Back in March, when everything was closed, they offered the best service of putting together beautiful gift boxes of products from their boutique. I absolutely love this place. Little hidden treasure in St.Vial. So much effort goes into every detail from Carol offering you a beverage when you arrive to all the girls taking a second to say hi or flash you a welcoming smile. Coffee in hand, I barely even get a chance to look at all the local jewelry and clothes Ja'net brings in because they respect their clients time and so wait times are minimal. Love that! They are all so talented and friendly. I've had my hair done by a few of them and they've all done a wonderful job. I've gone from dark brown to blonde balayage (and everything in between) and they've always been super efficient and professional. I get comfort in knowing that they all do tons of training and extra classes to stay up to date and current so if my hairdresser is away, I can rely on whoever else I can see there. The shop is so trendy without losing the cozy feel. I love supporting a local shop that encourages other entrepreneurs by selling their merchandise or inviting them to be guest vendors at her many open house events. They also give back to the community.....just dropped off socks and coffee for their Main Street project as I saw their post on IG. LOVE it! Keep up the great work ladies! ????

An unflattering and negative review for Time 'N' Again was recently brought to my attention. It's my understanding that a client was less than kind leaving a couple of bad reviews. Leaving unsatisfied should not lead to unflattering remarks online. Let me please offer some positive remarks. I have been a client here for upwards of 8 years. This salon is a place of beauty and kindness. The moment you walk in the atmosphere is welcoming. You are part of a very well established, pleasant and family oriented business. Never have I ever felt any negativity toward me or my family. We are all clients and have been for a long time. Any time you leave the salon you go with a sense of well-being. There is great pride in the work that is done by all. I have a personal connection there and can say that when a client leaves after their appointment they are smiling and were very well taken care of. Any concerns or issues are very quickly and most certainly corrected before a client leaves. Let's take the time to understand and consider the dedication every employee that works there puts into their chosen career. The stress they must endure at times we who are not in the industry will not understand. I also work in the customer service industry and making someone happy is our priority. Please let me finish by saying to everyone to spread positive and encouraging words please keep all negativity to yourself no one has the time or energy for it. The best salon ever! I have been going here for years and have had the same hair dresser for over 15 years. The atmosphere is very welcoming! I'm always offered something to drink, love the coffee specials! The boutique is to die for! These girls work so hard to make everyone happy and feel comfortable. I went to Time N Again for a fall promotion for a cut and balayage at the end of October, and have spent the last month dealing with the Better Business Bureau, ultimately to have the business respond with false accusations against me and then fail to respond altogether. I went in asking for a brunette balayage style and left a very coppery uneven blonde . The attached inspiration photo was resourced a few times throughout the appointment, and was far from what I ended up with. Upon contacting the salon with my dissatisfaction (immediately) I was first told I could return to have my hair fixed for a fee, and shortly thereafter I was told I could return for free. Due to my having an extreme lack of confidence in the stylist's ability to repair the poor outcome of my first 4.5 hour appointment, I politely requested a refund as to help with the new costs I would incur at a different salon to fix the colouring issue. I spoke with Carol (the receptionist) as the owner Ja'Net refused to take nor return my calls. Carol was extremely abrupt and condescending, first accused me of "doing this professionally" - implying fraud - because of my not wanting to return and insisting I get it fixed elsewhere, and then advising me I was banned from the establishment. My concerns have not been addressed, nor resolved. Clients, beware. Photos: before (in the salon chair), inspiration photo (resourced before/during my appointment), end results prior to going elsewhere to get my hair fixed.
