I've been getting my eyebrows threaded by a wonderful woman named Pam but she left, and when I went back to get a thread done I tried a different woman. Needless to say I am never going back, she butchered my eyebrows! And at the end of the session she said "they look wonderful" I left the place in tears.

Had a great few experiences here. Eye brow threading was really good. The last few times I’ve had to wait 10mins for someone to help me when there would be literally nobody BUT me in the store. They’re all just sitting in the back/basement taking their time. Never going back.

I did underarms laser hair removal in this place and it was awsome. I did two sessions now and the results are incredible, from the first session I see results and no hair growing up anymore. I am very happy besides all stuff were very kind.

Their prices are the sam in salon as on Groupon so you don’t save any money. Cheap shellac manicure but you get what you pay for. I left with a horrible paint job, poorly shaped nails, and my cuticles were barely touched. My thumb also has an unpainted spot in the corner. Won’t be going back.

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIRCUT HERE. I purchased a Groupon for a wash and haircut. While making an appointment, I did mention I had a Groupon. The day of my appointment, I showed up hoping to get a wash but instead, my hairdresser had to excuse her self to take her pill then took me straight to the chair to cut my hair. I should have left the salon when I realised she didn't bother to wash my hair. I requested between 2 - 3 inches off my hair, U-shape and some layers. She grabbed a chunk of my hair and just chopped it off and then let it go then did her best to make a U-shape at the back then snip my sides for some "layers". It was the shortest haircut I have ever had, less than 20 minutes. I've let my hair grow for 6 months and I regret letting this hairdresser touch it. My hair is butchered. There was missed strands of hair that wasn't cut and it is so uneven. My hair wasn't even blended. The scissors she used looked like safety scissors. I'm starting to think she wasn't even a hairstylist...After she redeemed my Groupon at the cashier, she wanted to charge me tax and but didn't know how much it was worth...the fact that she had to take a pill before cutting my hair, if she was feeling ill, she shouldn't be cutting people's hair. Overall, terrible experience.

Probably the worst haircut I have ever had. "Stylist" (I use this term loosely) did not listen to what I said. Cut off way too much and cut sides very uneven then had to cut other side shorter so they would match. Didn't seem to know how to layer or what a full bang is. I would not recommend this salon. Very dated and worn chairs with the surface vinyl worn off. Definitely not something that could be kept clean and sanitized.

I get my brows done there and have never been dissatisfied. One time I paid a lot for a cut and colour...big mistake. I left with dye on my face. My daughter did a better job of colouring my hair.
