I have had countless bad experiences with hairdressers who claim to know how to cut curly hair. I avoided a professional haircut for years until a relative went to an appointment with Brenda and loved her results. Brenda is incredibly skilled with curly hair and I wish I would have known about her sooner! I've never been happier with a haircut.

What a great place. Super casual and easy going staff that all seem truly interested in what you want and go into detail to make sure you do in fact get what you want. Very knowledgeable and everyone gets along.... It was a nice change to see how happy everyone was to be working!

Always friendly and polite when I see them and actually listen to you unlike some hair dressers who just end up doing whatever they want. They really try to make your visit personal, you can tell they prioritize their customers.

I have been to this salon twice , if I could give them a negative score I would, the first time I came I got my hair cut and straightened (I have curly hair) and it was so damaged by whatever they did I had to go to a different salon and get a mask done. The second time I tried to give them a second chance by get hair extensions for the first time for my wedding social , if it went well I would use them for my wedding . I bought the hair extensions they told me to and brought them it to get installed . The braids were so bulky and the amount of bundles put in that THEY TOLD ME TO ORDER was def not enough of though I was assured the amount I got would be almost extra. It took hours and by the end I paid 600$ for the whole experience just to go home a whole HALF AN HOUR LATER AND HAVE MY MAID OF HONOUR RIP THEM OUT. We took it pictures of the whole situation and I took them to a professional hair extension stylist who couldn’t believe what they had done to my hair . I got my fiancé to call because I was so distraught with the whole thing I didn’t want to talk to them about compensation the day before my social , I paid for an appt for styling them the next day which I had to cancel . They reluctantly gave me my 40$ back saying I had to cancel within 24hrs even though there would be no way I’d know that this would have happened . And that’s all they gave me after all of that I’m still extremely upset and every curly haired person or otherwise that thinks about going here I discourage to the nth degree. This place is absolutely horrible

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Is there any negative scores to give them?? They are totally CHEATING PEOPLE & they have no idea what they are doing.. my hair damaged so badly because of the product they used. STAY AWAY from this salon. They promised me to do Permanent hair straightening treatment and it didn’t work out and the product they used damaged my hair very badly. I’ve done a hair mask treatment for my hair just because of that. I’m very upset and disappointed with their service even I spend my 3 hours and $120. and I contacted them regarding the issue and the manager RACHEL is not ready to accept the truth, because she is a cheater!! Anyway, I’m gonna take legal action..
