The salon's team are always educating themselves on the newest in styling and colouring techniques. They have won multiple hair competitions and awards. I cannot recommend Salon DiSalvo enough.

Have been going to DiSalvo for over a year now and am still impressed with Anthony's dedication to his art and profession. My experience with other stylists over the years is that they get used to you and end up taking the easy road so you end up with the same style over and over again. But each time I visit it is like my first visit. Anthony makes suggestions and takes time with each client. Makes every one feel special and if you are going to spend your hard earned money then it needs to be an great experience every time. I have flat thin hair and don't have a lot of leeway with style but Anthony works hard at making sure I am really happy with my cut and style, using various techniques to ensure each time my hair looks great. I also take my 92 yr old mom there and Joe is so wonderful with her. She loves him and he makes her look stylish and current.

I have been a client of Anthony’s for over two years now and I cannot even begin to express how truly gifted he is. I have always been scared of hairdressers just because I have had bad experiences in the past, as I am sure we all have. However, this is absolutely NEVER the case with Anthony. He is always communicating with you throughout the whole process to ensure that you are satisfied with your look from the wash, cut, and style. I have a lot of hair so it takes a good two hours to actually finish styling. Anthony has never once made me feel like an inconvenience like other hairdressers have becoming “tired” after straightening or blow drying my hair. In addition to this, he also has a lot of knowledge of the various products he uses in your hair. It is important to ask about these because they are extremely beneficial to your hairs overall health! As far as the actual environment of this place goes, it is honestly so welcoming and friendly. The staff is definitely well picked and you won’t have trouble starting a conversation with anyone there. The decor is always spot on, especially during the Christmas season. I absolutely adore the aesthetic environment within the salon and think that they live up to their reputation. If you are debating on whether or not you should take your service here, I can definitely promise you that it will not be a decision that you regret. It is worth every penny!

Luka won men's trend stylist of the year at the eufora awards in California and the other stylists here are award winners as well. This is not your average salon!

I went in to get some blonde in my hair and to get the dead ends cut off. I walked out paying $325 with light brown hair and my hair is EXTREMELY short. Very disappointed and I will NOT be going back. I pretty much paid $325 to get a haircut that I hate. I don’t recommend this salon, it is overpriced and I didn’t even get what I wanted. Just sad.

I came in to get my hair bleached and dyed pastel pink. Not only are they super friendly, kind and willing to listen to all my demands, but they also take their art very seriously and worked their hardest to do their best work. Anthony cut my hair before the coloring and I like how he listened to my concerns and also took in my head shape and what would fit me best. Tommy colored my hair and I am very thankful for all the thought and consideration he put into my hair not only to look great, but also to look great for as long as it can after a few washes. I really do appreciate the planning for the color fade because as a student, I can't always come in to get it touched up. I am very happy with my hair and I am glad I chose to come here.

Even though I said I liked the haircut they did, I realized later that they cut off wayyy too much and I really don't like how it looks like it's been cut... It's cut very straight across and that's not what I wanted. They allow you to decide what you want, but ultimately, the cut ends up being what they think it's best for you which for some people like me, wasn't what I wanted. I'll just have to wait for it to grow out some I suppose, and maybe it'll look better. I'll probably end up going somewhere else next time.

Had my hair done for a wedding, along with the bride, MOB, and the bridal party. Hairdresser I had was pretty good but only knew how to curl hair one way and wasn’t able to style my curls in a wave - only a barrel curl. They also only seemed to have 2 products to work on us with: Batiste dry shampoo and hairspray. That’s it. Really disappointing that they were using very cheap, drugstore products to style hair at a “salon” in preparation for a wedding, and the crunch of my hair really showed how cheap the products used were. I think i was quoted at $65 for my hair before the wedding, paid 50% upfront and was overcharged at the end to over $80. Also was told we needed to tip our hairdressers cash - no one had brought cash and were told when we were paying. As expected, the hair did not remain in curls and I had to touch up the curls of mine and the other bridesmaids a few hours later.

When you’re in the chair the conversation is consistent, the music is good, they offer you a beverage which I think is pretty cool! He put a lot of effort into my hair during the actual appt. We discussed the previous consult and what I wanted, he explained the techniques he was using, shampooed twice and gave me a light head and face massage, and discussed styling routines and products. My 8yr old daughter wanted to get her hair cut and feel special..get the works done, like her mama. I've never been to this salon...let me tell you it, it was an amazing experience ( for mom just to watch ) and my daughter. The staff are soo welcoming. Took us on a tour, told us about their products and services. That made my daughter feel special. I was doing the happy dance. The time Joe took on her hair, the patience and detail. It was beyond beautiful. I have never seen my daughters hair look so good!! Thank you:)
