She has also helped me through my hair journey of going blonde and I am extremely happy I found someone like her because she is so incredibly talented! The salon has a super inviting atmosphere, absolutely stunning inside, extremely clean which eases my mind because of COVID. Can’t wait to go back for my next appointment!

I've seen a few different stylists here, and everyone working here is absolutely amazing! I go to Sydney now and she worked wonders on a colour change I know could not have been easy! Prices are super fair and the studio is so nice and clean :) I don't live in St Albert but will continue to come here as long as I'm in the Edmonton area!

I'm a mid 20's male and got my hair styled and trimmed here, Caitlin did an absolutely fantastic job and was the best hair dresser I've ever had - hands down. I had another employee compliment my hair which felt amazing (us guys don't get compliments very often so it's always treasured). She made the experience 10/10 as one hour passed just from us chatting non-stop. She was bubbly, witty, friendly and most importantly she loved her job and it really showed! Kudos to Caitlin for being such a gem and a real pleasure to be around.

Too busy to return calls. Hard to get an appointment. No confirmation system and no posted policy on missed appointments, so if you miss one, they won't book you in again. Good when we started, but seem to be just too busy now. ** Edited in response to salon's response, below. The posted policy does not state that you will not be seen again and will be ignored. It does state that you reserve the option to charge for the appointment, which is fair, but we were not asked to do that. There is no confirmation or reminder system, which would be a good customer service tool. I accept I missed my daughter's appointment - as I explained in September, I thought I had cancelled the appointment. By the time someone called to see if she was coming, I could not leave my new job and get to her school in time to make the appointment time. A reminder system would have helped avoid the entire situation. I would have accepted you had the right to payment for that time. But you never asked me.
