Came in for a hair cut, was rudely asked to wait outside due to covid restrictions which absolutely makes sense, but awfully hypocritical coming from the stylist who was not wearing a mask while cutting someone else’s hair.

Go here . Sam has been cutting my hair (aswell as my father's and my son) for about 16 YEARS. They go above and beyond in every way possible . Price is always cheap . Yet I have never walked out without giving between a 40 to 120% tip .

Great barber shop! They don't do appointments, only walk-ins. The place has a nice modern feel to it. The only reason why I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because they could have some nicer waiting to get your haircut seats.

I've been going to this barber for about a year. Sam and the other barbers have done a great job cutting my hair, which has some difficult areas that are often chopped up by less experienced barbers. Clean local shop with enough staff to keep the waiting time to a minimum. Friendly staff!

Sam does a great job, he's fast and meticulous. That said, if it is busy you can be sure to get a great cut done by anyone else that works there; I believe I've had my hair cut by everyone there and they do a fine job. For me it's close to work so popping in is quick, the first come first serve format works for me. With a recent renovation the place looks great too.

Normally a very busy place but on Saturday there was a shorter wait time thankfully. Mostly 2 or 3 ladies working there and are usually too busy to say hello (would be nice to get a one though). The owner does not appear to be there as much so I think they are short staffed. Prices are reasonable. I will go back again for sure.

Overall: good location, service and value for mens cuts. Been coming here for 2 years. Pictures on google don't match inside. $15 for a haircut, never waiting any longer than 10 minutes and pickup truck friendly parking makes it all worth it. If you do have to wait there is a nice Tim Hortons across the street. Support local business.

I've been coming here for many years. Sam the owner is a great fella. He employs a solid crew and with the recent upgraded interior it's a beautiful place pop into for a haircut. All those I have personally recommended to come here continue to come here still today. Prices are good. Sam does the razor trim for neck and beard lines if needed. I'll be going here as long as I live nearby.

There is a reason why this men's Barber shop has won so many awards, because they are simply the best. The owner is first class and I prefer he cuts my hair, but the others do a good job too. They even have lady barbers for those who like a woman's touch to hair styling. Wednesday is Senior's Day and I use the discount for my tip.^^ Try them out...you won't regret it.

I got a haircut at Barbershop Boyz yesterday, and half way through, the hairdresser essentially took his mask off. I thought, alright, whatever, I'll just get through it. Moments later, another hairdresser came into the building without a mask and sat in the chair directly across from me. After that, a patron came in and also took off his mask. I commented on it when I was leaving, and they said that since the people not wearing masks were more than six feet from me, it wasn't my problem. It was an awful experience from a place I've gone for years.

Showed up, wrote my name and number down to get in line with only one number in front of me and waited over an hour in my car waiting for my turn. Eventually I got fed up and left. In the future if it’s going to be that long of a wait time please tell your customers, but I don’t plan on ever trying to go back

Called up the Barber shop after checking online for reviews. I have had some bad cuts in the past and I mentioned that I was anxious about it. Had a big ol' mess of below shoulder length hair and an overgrown undercut. They got me in the next day, took care of me, charged the same for my massive transformation as they would any other cut. Cheap. Quick. And sanitary (taking Covid-19 seriously). They deffs got a new customer from this guy.

I like Sam (the owner) but Krista comes a close second. Ok, maybe she's got him beat but he's a bit of a snowflake so don't let him get wind of that. ;)

I came in to Barber Shop Boyz for my first haircut in many months due to COVID. The larger girl harassed me because I was wearing a mask and "I shouldn't do that here, it takes away our rights" and "we dont have to wear them anymore". I said I don't mind wearing one at all and even though I'm fully vaccinated, I have a slight sore throat and don't want to pass anything on just in case. She egged on her customer in the barber chair to also engage in harassing me together. Her behavior was especially odd because of the signage on their door and desk was some of the more stringent regarding safety protocols ("stay in your car until you're called", etc) - so whats the policy, management? Basically go to this place if you want to get harassed by employees telling you their latest Facebook conspiracy theories or worse, if their beliefs drive their hygienic practices, you'll catch COVID or something else here. Avoid at all costs.

Expected so much more based on the reviews. Super awkward place to be in, the people don't talk to you. My hair was cut with me facing away from the mirror, tried to get turned around and was turned back. Haircut was not only not what I had asked for, but different lengths all around. I would recommend finding somewhere else if you don't already have a trusted barber here.

Unless you have a good chunk of your day to waste, don’t come in on a Sunday. There is one person working on Sundays and she hasn’t seemed to grasp the concept of simultaneously working while you talk. It will take roughly twice as long to get a haircut since she stops cutting whenever she is talking - which is a lot. A steady lineup of customers doesn’t seem to urge her to pick up the pace either. It’s unfortunate, as everyone else at the shop is amazing.
