My wife was happy with her hair, and I’ve been happy with the various cuts I’ve had over the years when in town. The service is great. There was appropriate attention to public health measures. In particular, I also found the text reminder for our appointments helpful. Overall: positive experience and will plan to return.

I came in looking for a hair product that would be tailored to my hair type. I asked the owner what her knowledge was on the line of products and she reacted like i insulted her intelligence. I didnt have a mask on and she cut me off in mid sentence and told me I had to stand back 6 feet, near the entrance. We are now almost in the 1 week into august and masks are now a choice to the public. If that was a main concern.. you should offer clients a mask as they walk in before supporting them. Do not scold them for that. She handled me two products to combine together that would of cost around $80.00 and i told her i was gonna hold off on making such an expensive purchase. She completely dismissed me and said "well it seems like you already know what you want then. bye" I left feeling bad about her negative energy . I thought maybe she was just having a bad day. But i asked my mother what her experience was ...and she said the exact same thing! She said the lady was dismissive, rude and doesn't seem fit to work in customer service. Im writing this so maybe the staff can reassess their attitude and make the clients feel more welcomed. Step your game up.
