Ive been using Aria on and off for the last 7 or 8 years typically have great service. My most recent cut and colour were great, my only issue was after a colour service my stylist double shampooed my hair (which can be pretty rough after a chemical process) and stripped any natural oils left on my hair. My ends are a more dry than normal because of this and my scalp is dry and irritated. My service was about 4 days ago and my scalp is still itchy and irritated even with some light oil treatments to restore some moisture. But otherwise my time there was good and the color touch up looks great
