The service there was amazing. The girls that work there are extremely friendly, welcoming, and polite. I went there for a haircut and a facial; haircut was good as expected. For me, this was my first time trying the facial and I have to say it was AMAZING. I literally felt so relax and peaceful, that I fell asleep; it was that good. I highly recommend this place.

They were able to accommodate 3 of us with very little notice. We were driving in from moose jaw when we called to check and our call was dropped - likely because we went through a small valley. They called us back to follow up a few minutes later. Service was amazing. We all got the cuts we were looking for and left feeling amazing. The ladies in the salon were very happy and exited and we felt they truly cared about their service and business. My sister got her hair washed prior to her cut and she said she got a nice scalp massage and hot towel treatment. She left raving about how amazing it was. We were looking for pedicures as well for 4 of us, but they only had one chair and didn't feel it was fair to make us wait, so she called a friend of hers and booked us in with them, and gave us directions to her salon (we aren't from the area whatsoever so didn't know moose jaw or regina well). 100% will go back when I'm in the city next!

My hair trim was fine but when I asked to have my eyebrows waxed they offered to do above my lip (I said OK). Next thing I know there is 2 employees over my head telling me repeatedly that I should really wax my entire face?? I declined and then they charged me $40 anyways as if it was a facial. Whatever oil they put on my face after was very hard to remove and caused me to break out for 2 weeks (I don't have irritable skin).

Absolutely friendly and clean. Gave me a nice toning and styled it. They made sure I was comfortable and took me the same day even though I said I’d be half an hour late! I will come back again.

Services were quite good the first times I went but I felt manupulated and handled like in a used car lot with nonstop, aggressive upselling and fawning. Never upfront about the cost of things & Nickel & dimed me with ever fluctuating prices & surprise abnormal, add-on fees not disclosed. Prices were abnormally High.

My first time there. They straightened my hair out cause it was lopsided, however they barely spoke to me. I found that relatively okay, but they kept speaking to eachother and laughing about something for about half of my appointment. The other half they had other clients in and they seemed VERY talkative with them. Constantly talking with the other client, but hardly a word to me. Made me feel a bit awkward, considering I had my glasses off so I just sat in dead silence in a world of blurry colour. They said a few things, but not much. Additionally, I informed them I was nonbinary and looking for a masculine cut, but they geared fairly feminine to me, and called me “she” so I felt a bit misgendered. (It’s Pride month… rip) I MIGHT go back? I mean the cut wasn’t bad I don’t think they were rude, so we might see. Could be that they didn’t talk cause I’m not a regular? Who knows

Walked in 2 hrs before a wedding today and lucky for me the wonderful ladies were able to help me with a beautiful French twist updo! They even asked the color of my dress and added a matching color flower and pins for the finishing touch! Will most definitely be going back!!

Their hrs say their open Sunday and have open hrs posted but actually they are closed unless you call and make an appointment. I tried calling no answer though they might be to busy to answer drove there to find out they were closed. I got a call 10 minutes later after I was gone to see if I wanted to make an appointment for 20 min later. Poorly organized if you ask me. Change the web sight to open sunday by appointment only and make it simple.
