I bought the Groupon for the haircut and highlights and I absolutely love it. Julia was the hairdresser and she gave me exactly what I asked for. I was actually surprised that it turned out so well since I was trying to get my natural hair colour back. I actually paid an additional $20 dollars (which is still cheap ) because I needed some extra work done to tone down the red in my hair to get back to my natural blonde. Definitely worth it. Thanks again Julia!

The spa pedicures are amazing. Svetlana is very attentive, pleasant and knowledgeable. The atmosphere during my pedicure is warm and relaxing. The hair team are attentive and have an upbeat and welcoming attitude. Very satisfied by all aspects to the salon. They have fair prices and warming atmosphere.

The owner is very nice and professional! At the beginning, I was very frustrated with my hair the other hairdresser did for me. The hair tips are not even and both sides of my hair are not the same length. Then I went to the studio and complained about it as this really made me feel very sad. However, after the owner knew about my situation, she took a look at my hair and showed a very professional manner. She listened carefully to my requests and tried to provide options to fix the mess. Finally, my hair was fixed and she still refunded to me. Most importantly, the attitude she solved the problem and her apologizes made me feel that she takes concerns for customers a lot! The only suggestion I may want to say is she really should let the hairdresser know if she is not sure about what I want my hair get done or she does not have the ability to do that, she should say at the first time. I really appreciate the owner as she saved my hair and I would like to say she is my favorite!

I went because of the good reviews but I am extremely disappointed in the service. I was looking to get a blonde balayage on my dark brown hair but my hair barely looks any different from how it was before. I feel misguided as the stylist changed her stance on how many sessions it would take in the middle of my appointment. If she had been upfront, I would have probably went a different direction. I expressed my frustrations but received no reassurances. Very unsatisfied. Would not return.

the worst I got my scalp blustered from the chemicals they applied in order to make my hair. bleached several times and many colors. I had the worst headache ever afterward and I lost more than 50% of my hair and still on going.... you do not know my feeling now or when i look to my hair. The doctor prescribed steroids to treat the inflammation ????very very bad I can’t believe the 5 stars reviews anymore
