Coming for an appointment at masterpiece truly feels like going to hang out with a group of friends. From the moment you walk in the door, the receptionist is lovely and the experience only continues as excellence from there. It's a fitting salon for the stylist I see, Jenessa, as she truly is a master at what she does. I have been a client of hers from the beginning and I am continually impressed with her work, her professionalism, and her ability to give her clients an impeccable experience from start to finish. If you are wanting a fun colour, some extentions, or even just a haircut, go see the girls at Masterpiece Salon and Spa, you won't be dissapointed!

Hands down my best salon experience ever! The receptionist was really nice and squeezed me in for a highlight touch up and a ladies cut (I didn't book an appointment...). Here comes the AMAZING stylist Jenessa!!! She is extremely professional, patient, knowledgeable, thoughtful, fun to "work" with... She gave me color suggestions that would compliment my hair/skin tone/eyes, explained how things work and after care etc. To keep things nice and simple, Jenessa has EVERYTHING you'd expect from a hair stylist. Keep up the good work! :D The paraffin wax hand treatment leaves my skin smooth and soft. Smells good too :) You might think that I'm exaggerating, but I am being a 100% honest here... I cannot wait for another visit to this wonderful salon.

Picture this: You've had a terrible week. You're not appreciated at work, home is stale and hectic. You need something else: a dang treat. You already know exactly what you want - a spa day you call up the Masterpiece Salon and Spa to book in with Jenessa J. (of course you do, you're smart, beautiful, and funny and you know where you will be treated right). The phone is answered, is this the song of angels coming from the receiver? No. Its just the ladies at the Salon answering your call. You're still not convinced that wasn't an angel you just spoke with. You let it be for now because you're booked in. HECK YES. Its time. You get to the Salon and walk through the door. "Oh ship, what's happening? Am I melting?" No. You're just so dang relaxed from the wonderful environment and the appealing aesthetic that you feel your tension just let go its gone. Where the heckin? Doesn't matter, you feel great. You look up to the counter. Blaring white is this heaven? No its the beautiful smiles of the wonderful employees beaming at you. You've checked in. Now the magic happens. You're offered coffee. This time you decline. "How about something stronger?" They ask. You gladly accept. Wine. With your haircut. Is this luxury? Yes. Jenessa comes to seat you. You feel so welcome. She leans you back to wash your hair. Angel fingers touch your skull. You close your eyes. Boom. You open them again. WHAT! You haircut is already done. How did that much time pass that quick? we don't know. Magic science happens in that salon. You're at the register now. Relaxed. Maxed. Feeling all cool looking cooler. Jenessa comes to ring you up and see you off. Ding ding goes the register. HOW CAN IT BE THIS AFFORADBLE? We also don't know. But it is. Jenessa waves goodbye to you. A chorus of thanks for coming ins and we can't wait to see you again rings out like a triumphant echo from all of the stylists. "Dang," you think, "This is my happy place." You walk out the door a whole new person and thats all thanks to Jenessa and the wonderful people at the Spa. You know you just made a host of new friends. Almost like family. Deserves 10 stars just like they make you feel: A Masterpiece (Salon and Spa).

I'm REALLY picky about who touches my hair as I have naturally curly hair and it's really easy to end up with something cringe worthy. Chelsea was suggested to me by a friend who I knew I could trust and she did NOT let me down! I not only ended up with exactly what I wanted I ended up with healthier, happier hair. The salon is clean, welcoming, and the rest of the staff are friendly as well! The strip mall the salon is located in also happens to have THE best pizza in the city so you really cannot go wrong.

I have recently received a haircut from Masterpiece. The stylist I used was Pascal and I would 100% recommend her! She did an amazing job on my hair while being very friendly and engaging. She was very knowledgeable and was able to adapt to all the requests I had. I am very impressed with the entire experience and received amazing customer service. I requested Dallas for a bang trim when I booked the appointment because I know she is great with hair, but when I got there, I got a random lady. Dont know what her name was but she clearly doesnt know how to cut straight across bangs because they are so crooked and way too short in places, not to mention, she didn't even cut the sides of my bangs and they are still sticking in my eyes. I am not happy that I didnt get the person I requested. If I had went to Dallas like I wanted to, I would have no issues. Not impressed that they switched who I was with!

All the girls are well versed in different hair lengths. I have short hair, which can be really difficult for some stylists. I have always had an excellent cut from any of the girls I see, especially Brianne. They are super nice the second you walk in and you always feel like they genuinely care about your entire experience in the salon.

I have always enjoyed my experience at Masterpiece, Krista is my go to stylist, but what is so wonderful able this salon is that all the staff are friendly, engaging and willing to assist/help/suggest with their co-workers and clients to ensure that the service provided is of top quality. Their products are wonderful, reasonable priced and come with amazing smell, quality and careful instructions on use. After service care is provided so you get the most out of your service once you leave the salon. The salon is clean and well set up for the new Covid protocols. Everyone is friendly, educated, professional and kind. I have had the pleasure of attending an evening where you were able to ask a stylist your own one on one questions to acquire the skills to have that from the salon look on your own and for someone like me who is "beautify illiterate" I really enjoyed it even if it was just a simple night out. It is always nice to see that they help eachother out when it comes to cleaning duties and cohesion in the work place as well! I 100% recommend this salon with a variety of skill sets you will find a hair stylist right for you!

My first visit - way more than I could have asked for! They met me at the door, took my coat, made me a coffee! The Stylist came over offered me a "Feature Drink", we spoke about where I was, and where I want to be! She asked me what I like & disliked about my haircuts, we discussed what I wanted in a product, and when it was all over, was offered a "Feature Cookie" and booked another appointment, I paid, and left. I could not be happier! I felt like she understood what I was saying, she offered some feedback, and I felt like she heard me, worth every penny. Thank you, Thank You, Thank you! I had Taylor and Chelsea come to my house for bridal hair and 5 bridesmaids' hair. They were professional, on-time, personable, flexible and Taylor was easy to get a hold of throughout the entire process (hair trial, day of planning). Taylor gave me some insightful ideas when trying to visualize my hair style – she worked off photos I (and my bridesmaids) had brought and Taylor incorporated the hair pieces I had bought specific for the occasion. They were so much fun to work with and my husband loved my hair style as well! I would highly recommend using this local company for your bridal (or other) hair needs!

This salon you guys!! Seriously this salon!! They are an amazing pair of sisters that own this one of a kind beautiful salon. The environment is very comfortable and the stylists really LISTEN to what you want. I have had from one extreme to the next hair colours done by the girls here. Turned out amazing and walked out feeling like a million dollars EVERY TIME! If you want stylists that care about your hair and what you’d like to achieve, this is the place. Also the nail technician Kassidy is the BOMB!! I have had many different lengths and styles and never lost or broke any of them. And I’m not easy on my nails. I can make my fills every time with my set still looking excellent! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

It was a spontaneous decision that required quick action before I changed my mind as I've been growing my hair for 3 years now and it was insanely long. These lovely ladies got me in within 4 minutes of chatters rejecting me with their lovely hairstylist Dallas. She was incredible. She listened to my stress regarding cutting my hair and she took such excellent care of me. We laughed, shared some good moments and honestly it turned into a bonding therapy moment for me.
