I desperately needed to get rid of my very long hair that had fallen into terrible condition because of my inability to care for it due to health reasons. Shania was incredibly compassionate, didn't have an ounce of judgment about how awful my hair was. She spent 2.5 hours of her time giving me a huge part of my life back!!! I literally had become agoraphobic because of my hair. Plus I was enduring constant head and neck pain due to the length (my hair is very thick). I got the most beautiful asymmetrical pixie cut that will definitely be within my abilities to care for. Shania is incredibly friendly and easy to chat with and followed the picture of the style I wanted almost exactly, I wanted all of the damage gone so it's a little shorter in some areas but Shania blended them beautifully and it'll grow out just fine and my hair is absolutely perfect and beautiful again and no more head & neck pain!!! I've already received several compliments and comments that I look 10+ years younger! I'm definitely going to share this with Shania next time I see her... and I will be making Shania, and Copper Lane Hair Studio, my permanent hair stylist and salon. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and the price for such a huge cut was much more than fair????????????. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This past visit wasn't so great. My normal person was booked up, so I booked in with another hairdresser. Let's just say it wasn't great, her clippers were dull clippers(neck razor burn) and she was rushing, I felt like she couldn't wait to get me out of her chair. Just a little disappointed I expected more from this place.

Well, the prices are out of this world for starters .maybe the hairdressers that have a ton of years behind them can cut a outstanding haircut , for what is being charged, BUT it's certainly not within the average person's pocketbook . For a person that's only got 3 plus years experience, 60.00 is too much money .

Honestly wasn't expecting too much at the start of my hair cut, just a little thinning. But after showing Shania a picture of the haircut I wanted she gave me exactly what I wanted. This girl is a magician with the scissors, she took her time and was very thorough with the hair cut. I walked in looking like lord farquad from Shrek and walked out looking like a model. This is the first time I've actually been happy with a hair cut, definitely a permanent customer from now on.

My whole experience was incredible today, I booked in last minute with a hair emergency and Avery was flawless! I could not thank her enough for the hard work she did. Not only was the color perfect when I left, my hair was smooth and healthy looking which was a surprise considering what it went through the day before (hence the emergency). I was advised to go here by a friend and heard nothing but wonderful things about Copper Lane. Their Receptionist Gaytan was rude and snotty to me over the phone when I asked about their services/prices. I never write reviews but it made me feel so unwelcome that I actually felt the need to share this. If your job is in a public role that is representing the salon, please be nice and positive with their customers/and or potential customers.
