I always go to Courtney and get my hair cut, and without fail, its always exactly what I want. In the past I had just gone to different barbers, always asked for something different and just ended up coming out with the same cut. Totally different experience here, both Courtney and Grace will listen to what you want, but will also give you advice on what they think would work and look the best. My girlfriend goes to Courtney to get her hair done as well, and she always loves the end result. One of the best things too, is that they don't feel they have to charge you outrageous prices to have excellent quality work done. Friendly staff, welcoming environment, excellent prices, and way above satisfactory outcomes with the work they do.. I would recommend this place again and again.

I went to another salon in Red Deer and spent 8 hours bleaching my hair. In the end I had to be treated at the hospital for burns all over my neck and scalp. My friend suggested Grace. She saved my hair and it looks so amazing. Definitely ask for Grace she will make you feel welcome and beautiful. I have been going there for awhile now. Go in and show her some love.

I say an inch, she takes an inch. Grace is knowledgeable and always makes room for those last minute planners (ie - me :/ ) And after years of my son's long skater locks, she sent me home a son whose eyes I can see now, and a style that keeps turning heads. Awesome you guys! Love what you do!

Grace was SUPERB today when I went in for my haircut. It was below shoulder length, and I decided to chop it off again. She did a wonderful job, and I am so happy with how it came out. I was really happy with the colour and it turned out really great. I have hated my hair for over a year a I transition to gray and am growing out my colour, so Thor the first time I was happy with 5e colour, (mr original colour with attention to allowing the gray to grow in natu4ally now. the ladies that are here amazing. they listen to you, and inform you on what they are doing. or any ideas that they have. they mix the colors right in front of you which I find alot nicer. never have I been disappointed walking out of this salon with my hair. they offer a variety of services from hair, to waxing, to permanent makeup, to reiki, tanning and massage. these lovely ladies are always smiling and laughing and making you feel welcome and part of the family. this is the best salon in town by far!

This place did not do as I asked and showed in a picture. I explained clearly i wanted platinum blonde thick streaks and not even a piece of my hair was that color and to top it off it clearly looks as though she cut it by accident (hopefully) on a part in the front but it looks choppy because it is supposed to be layered. It was a bad experience to be honest.
