Staff very rude. High prices for what you actually pay for. Massage therapists are not actually registered. Lots of gossip in/out of this business. Don't waste you time nor money here. Go elsewhere.

I wanted to purchase a gift card with my credit card info over the phone for Christmas. I reached out and the owner (Helen) had said to call them and someone would be able to help me. When I called in apparently no one there knew how to do thus and I was told to reach out to Helen again. So I did asking if she could contact me as it appeared her staff didnt know what to do. Going on 11 days now with no response. Pretty poor customer service if you ask me. For the reason alone I wouldnt bother going to them.

Very expensive compare to what they’ll do for you, I was there for 5 Hours!!! That was exhausting! And she dyed my hair 4 times and I wasn’t satisfied with the result! ???????? Plz don’t come over near to the customer and tell her good things about your colleagues job!!! It really is an old trick! ????????????????????‍♀️

Very unfriendly staff . Went there for massage , lady did not know what is included in full body massage ???? She was doing everything in very rush totally disappointing visit . don’t waste your money there . Please teach customer service to your staff before hiring them .
