Had a great experience with Penny today! She did an excellent and professional job with my hair. She managed to make it much lighter and layered, without taking down any length. She is also very up to date with her techniques. Even though I only paid for a haircut, she styled it and even taught me how to style it myself. 5 stars for going above and beyond!

Best place for a haircut in the Cariboo. Penny is a warm, genuine person, with great conversation. And she does a top-notch job on my long hair and bangs, never taking off more than I want. Two of my daughters go to her, too. We're all repeat customers. And bonus points to Penny for being very awake as to what is going on concerning the scamdemic. She treats mask exempt people as equal to those who use a muzzle.

Super wonderful experience! I wanted a walk in hair cut and she was able to get me in no problem! Best hair cut I've ever had and alot of laughs with it as well! Still can't get over the fact I wanted a trim and she was able to get rid of all my dead ends, the best shape and I was able to keep the length ! Thank you Penny!

I have naturally black hair and decided to be blonde. I love having blonde hair but it has fried and dried my hair. I have breakage too. Didn’t think I could be blonde for very much longer if this kept up! There are so many positive comments and high praises about Penny’s coloring expertise I decided to go get my roots done. All those positive reviews were 100% true! She fixed my hair! It doesn’t feel dry or straw like. I was in her salon for 4 plus hours getting olaplex treatments and my roots done. My hair feels amazing, shiny and strong! She knows her stuff! She educated me on what to do, how to take care of my hair, and what to use. I can be a blonde longer now that I’ve been to Penny. She toned my hair with 6 colours to get my beautiful platinum blonde that I have now. Who would of thought you needed that many colours to get one colour! She is truly a master hairstylist and a wonderful person! If you haven’t met Penny get to know her she’s amazing! If I could give her 100 stars I would!

I could just hang out here, Penny is honestly the most memorable, personable and genuine gal I have met here in the Cariboo. I can see this being a lasting friendship of hair and life chats. Okay ladies of Williams Lake, listen up as I have a treat for you ! Before moving up here I had lived in the Lower Mainland more years than I care to remember. As such I was able to visit many hair salons. Yet still I always left them not being completely satisfied...Something was missing .Therefore it was a real surprise when I left Intrigue Hair without that unsatisfied feeling! Penny, the hairstylist is amazing, a true talent that I had given up hope of ever finding. She has a natural talent cutting and styling hair. I'm sure that most of us has experienced unsatisfactory haircuts......You know the kind that looks okay in the salon.... but on your way out the door you glance back through the window and ask yourself how the heck am I going to do this at home ! (Right ! ) You will not ask yourself that question after Penny cuts your hair. It's been over a month since she has cut mine. Not only does it still look good but I am able to style it myself. That is when you know that you have had a good cut! Penny works with the hair you have. She knows what she is doing as she cuts it . She knows how it will fall, how it will lay, and she has a natural talent with it. Stylists with her ability are hard to find, and I'm very happy to have done so. I also purchased some Olaplex products from her. They were above what I usually spend so I hmmmmed a bit before buying! They are amazing too. I use the shampoo, conditioner and also Olaplex 6.My hair is now shiny, soft, and looks and feels wonderful! I must admit I was surprised, happily so! A win with Penny, a win with Olaplex ! You will feel the same.
