I brought my mother for hair colour, she has limited mobility and only speaks english. I was with her for the entire treatment. The colorist was very professional and did a great job. Once the colouring was done , she brought us to the hairdryer seat and said we had to do it ourselve. I started to dry my mother's hair and she mentioned to go pay the bill before. Therefore I had set up my mother and went to pay the bill. This is the part that was super unprofessional: a worker comes with another customer and ask my mother to leave, my mother does not understand and is looking for her walker in her wet hair. I came and told them I haven't dried her hair yet. They then left for the next seat beside. It was so clear her hair is wet and has limited mobility. Thank God she did not get up on her own without her walker. Being a primary caregiver we have to care at all time. I was surprised by the level of stupidity for an expensive service. When you pay that amount you expect the professionalism.

On va finalement la chercher pour qu'elle m'apporte à la station séchage. Aucune application de produits, elle passe directement au brossage. Je vois que tous mes cheveux tombent à chaque coup qu'elle donne. J'y dit laisse faire c'est correct je vais le faire moi-même. Elle me laisse sans même me dire où sont les produits, le séchoire, rien. Je passe 10 minutes à démêler à la main les cheveux. J'ai les larmes aux yeux en constatant tous les cheveux que j'ai perdu. Juste avant de payer je demande de lui parler, où j'y exprime ma déception. Au lieu de s'excuser ou m'offrir un rabais, on m'accuse MOI, elle me dit que c'est MA faute!!?! Elle disparaît sans même que j'ai le temps de dire autre chose. Bref, j'ai jamais eu autant honte en sortant d'un salon de coiffure.

J'ai insisté sur ce point lorsque j'ai pris rendez-vous. Finalement, la jeune coiffeuse était loin d'être une styliste! Elle a que demandé à ma fille à quelle longueur elle voulait ses cheveux. C'est moi qui ait dû poser des questions plus précises à ma fille pour que ça ne soit pas une simple coupe de base. J'ai aussi montré des photos sur mon cellulaire de coupes que ma fille aimait. Au total, la coupe était bien, mais je ne considère pas avoir eu un service de styliste. D'ailleurs, la jeune coiffeuse aurait elle-même besoin d'un styliste car ses longs cheveux étaient fades, secs et cassés et elle n'avait pas de brushing! Lorsque tu travailles dans un salon supposément branché et le meilleur à Québec selon leur site, tu devrais le démontrer selon moi. Autre point négatif, le salon est très bruyant et l'ambiance n'est pas du tout chaleureuse telle qu'annoncée. Bref, ça ne vaut pas le détour du tout. N'importe quel salon aurait fait l'affaire.
