The method used to remove my previous set of gel nails was very rough, damaging my natural nails. The man that was doing my gel fill cut my fingertips multiple times deep enough to draw blood and used many visibly unsanitary tools. Laying in bed unable to sleep 12hrs later because all my fingers are still burning/aching, wishing I hadn't been too shy to walk out in the beginning of the appointment. The look of most of the set are pretty good though, only one thumb is misshapen at least.

I usually don't review places but this time allow me cos i got a 5% service not worth the dollars i paid. Poor service, not professional at all, place its self looked very dusty, they don't sanitize in-between customers...highly priced and not worth it. The guy that did my nails was in a rush and did absolutely zero work...same applies to my sister, she did fake nails but they came out bulky and not nice. And all of the employees were gossiping on their customers, and they think we don't notice. And please employ people who atleast can communicate in english cos 90% of your customers speak english, cos we hardly understood what the guy was saying...Please do better. not coming back, never!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Its been a nightmare ????????

Not only is the black paint on my nails practically transparent in places, but they forgot to put clear coat on my right hand's index finger and thumb, and didn't do anything about it when I pointed it out. Not coming here again.

Service was great, but my nails are botched, lumpy, clumpy, bumpy, uneven, polish has lines in it it's been less than 2 weeks and my nails are already coming lose and falling off!! Very very disappointed! Will be returning to my regular nail place at PA nails on 15th street!

Got my nails done there for $65. Went for a fill two weeks later no added gems just one finger was marble! I got charged $60! Won't be coming back here, fills are suppose to be $35!!!!
