A true classic. Been around for decades and is home to old Ducky McLean, the best-known and best-loved barber in town. Very vintage feel and fair prices. Cool decor with an emphasis on hockey and historical Pictou County memorabilia. Simple walk-in format so just drop in!

Lee (I believe his name was), cut my 3 year old sons hair and did a fantastic job. Its the only barber we go to.

Professionally done and affordable. This establishment is run by mature gentlemen who can cut and style to your requirements. I sat down, said few words and ended up with a better cut then anywhere I've been so far. I didnt have to point or say anything. Would recommend to anyone. :)

I love this barber and have been getting haircuts there since they were in the old mall. Old fashioned little place, with great service. For a haircut and a beard trim its less then $15, how can you complain about that?

Usually 5 star with Shannon but stopped in and went to Lee and he destroyed my beard. will never step foot in the shop again. was supposed to be just a light trim and next thing gone.... to a chin strap? i now look ridiculous for the next month and hope its back to normal for my WEDDING in July since its usually almost 5 times the length it is now. There is no fixing this mess. Even the mustache is half gone on the right hand side. furious is a understatement. I do better with my trimmer in my bathroom mirror. I did not say a word in the shop out of respect for Ducky but wow BAD!
