Went for a haircut, she cut it wayyy too short and not at all what I asked for. My hair is ruined. I even had pictures and showed her them multiple times but the hair looks nothing like it! The set up was also really dirty, dusty, and there were literally other people's hair on the tools. Overall unclean and just gross. She was quite unprofessional as well and was just sitting on the chair watching tv when I came in, didn't even wash her hands or the chair before cutting my hair. I cannot believe it cost almost 30 dollars to sit in her dirty chair and let her absolutely ruin my hair.

Favorite place to go, apt or drop in. Had scalp psoriasis for years, Sally was first hairdresser in 20 yrs to not make me feel like a leper or ashamed of my scalp. Welcoming and great service.
