I went in for my first time for a women’s cut colour and will probably never go back. The stylist wasn’t very friendly, and despite a few attempts to make conversation, didn’t speak to me for over the hour and a half that I was there. The lack of communication led to a cut and colour that not only were technically not good (I had to pay to get it fixed elsewhere 2 days later), but also didn’t fit with my lifestyle despite repeated requests for the same thing. Frustrating that I ended up spending $100 there, and then had to go spend $60 somewhere else (because I didn’t trust this salon with my hair again) to get the style corrected because it was choppy and weird.

I was told by a friend that they did great hair styles for special ocations so I tried to call and book an appointment to get my hair done for prom. I called 4 time, and left 2 messages to call me back... And got no calls. So I went in and tried to book an appointment. They said that the stylists wasn't in and that they would get them to call me back... Still no call. Other than that I can't really say how there was because I never got to try it.

I asked for a nice white blond and the girl made my hair to turn on yellow. I returned to see her the next day and she was not able to fix it .. It still Yellow.! Please if you don't have experience with that kind of colour don't do it. You ruined my hair. Sorry about that review but I have to do it.

Went there because of the good reviews. Hair ended up looking okay but choppy and not at all what I had asked for. My issue was with the service. The woman was rough, pulling my hair so much it hurt, spilling water under my clothes, just leaving me there without telling me why she left and so on. I don't know if it has to do with my younger age than the other clients but no matter your age, the service should be the same. The level or respect and consideration was very low.

Not from the area but decided to get my hair done on a rainy day during my vacation. They fit me in on the same day and did a good job on my hair...really listened to what I wanted. Were friendly and the prices were amazing. I would highly recommend this shop.
