Elisa is great. Gerard is okay if you explain in detail what you want. But do yourself a favor and bring a book of instructions with illustrations and Carolyn will still find a way to cut your sentence in between and bring her own meaning to it. You'll come out of store grumbling with getting a joke of hairstyle with number 4 and 5 on sides with some cuts in mid hair which you dare not call soft Pampadour. I don't give negative reviews to small businesses and want to support the local businesses more. But if you are in a trade and not educating yourself enough about it, may be you're not doing it right.

My stylist seemed to be very polite but we weren't satisfied with the cut, and they didn't blow dry my hair so I left the salon with wet hair and had to do the rest once I got home

Hair cut was not terrible, getting a style after sucked lol hair was flat straight no volume, nothing just flat.. the lady who did it really knows how to put you and your hair down, pregnant or not. Yet she doesn't seem to know what she's doing. I walked out saying I hate my hair.. I'm here in the car waiting for my friend to finish her haircut, and a lady came out with a fresh bleached maybe toned hair that didn't look terrible but definitely not the greatest. And she came out of there saying I hate it, to her daughter... it sucks coming out of a salon saying you hate it instead of loving it.. I will return requesting someone else that's for sure Her name was Mercedes..

Staff is nice but they don't do a great job, talking to each other while cutting hair and do the haircut very quickly. Need to improve on the cutting style and also need to use more scissors instead of clipper to be more accurate and precise. Wouldn't suggest men to get their hair cut here, they do not have a lot of knowledge about the styles and my cut is never close to what I ask for.

Both my husband and I get great haircuts there at a very reasonable price. We appreciate this as we are pensioners and have to watch our bottom line. I have also had my brows done as well as funky streaks of bright colour added to my hair for fun at half the price of many other places. Everyone so far has seemed highly competent.
