Awful customer service! technical difficulties with my appointment. Got an email with confirmed appointment reschedule, showed up for my appointment and waited outside 50 minutes before i decided to leave. no one answered my phone calls nor came to the door. Very unprofessional. Although i love their previous work i will not be returning.

My daughter paid $175..hair is yellow underneath, shirt is bleached and paid $175. Manager rude and said just don't wear your hair up and that she's just lucky her clothes hadn't been damaged in the past. All the bad posts were deleted. Customer service?? Must be nice to just delete problems instead of solving them. It is now August and manager STILL hasn't paid for bleached work shirt like she said she would (eventually)

I drive across the city for this place. The staff is absolutely great, friendly and attentive, they always make sure to let you know that if something isn't sitting right or you're not happy to come back in and they'll fix it (not that I've ever had to). Very talented group of stylists.

September 14th we took my mother to this location for a haircut and highlights. After two hours we walked out with a trim which is nothing like was asked and next to no highlights. Very poor quality

AJ was absolutely amazing for my bridal hair last weekend. She completed a lovely updo for myself and my bridesmaid and our hair kept ALL night !! She is incredibly easy to talk to and listens to what you want and makes it happy. Absolutely amazing thank you girl !!

Asked a local girl to recommend a salon that would take walk ins. She suggested Fusion. I have a lot of hair that can be stubborn to lift. Taylor took me in and did an amazing job. The colour is exactly what I asked for. I will gladly drive the 40 mins to return to her !!

Super friendly, amazing Staff. Sheri is awesome, so is Emily. If you have a beard, ask for Emily. Make an appointment, trust me. Reasonable price (remember gents, it is a "salon"). Bottom Line: I always walk out looking amazing.

Sent my son to Fusion for a simple haircut before he goes back to Univ in a couple weeks. Without warning him that he was about to be charged big money for a simple mens haircut....they steered him to their 'top stylist' and charged him almost $40 after taxes...for a student which they knew when he booked in. Maybe they are good at what they do here but be careful and make sure you know what you will be paying before you agree to anything at Fusion.

Wow!!!! These girls know their stuff! They are all extremely experienced and trained and can do whatever your heart desires! I had the best treatment I've ever had from a salon here. I had some natural looking highlights put in to blend what was left of growing out hair dye to my natural colour. I can not believe how incredibly natural it looked after! The best hair colour treatment I've ever had and I'm definitely going back again! Oh and they have olaplex treatment. The take home treatment is to die for! Not to mention the girls are all so friendly! Plus who can say no to being served a cup of coffee while you sit getting your hair dyed? Not me!! You girls nailed the perfect environment! Love it!!

Great spot with talented professionals!! Also very reasonable for the services provided (a kids cut looks better and is even cheaper than those chain places!). A quick hint-- the online appointment booking is a great way to pre-book. Also lots of great products for sale (in addition to hair products there is also beard balms, purses and jewelry). Always great to see a local spot that looks great, provides a great service and gives back to the community!

Honestly, they have the worst customer service ever. I’m writing this for two of my friends who had a bad experience with this place. When you go online to book a hair appointment, they charge you $1 deposit fee-which isn’t bad but my friend drove from out of town to her appointment and when she got there, one of the girls cancelled the appointment because she thinks it’ll take 1 h to cut her her. She went to another hair dresser and they did it in half an hour. The hair dresser was 45 min late to my other friends appointment which caused her to be late to to class. So many people have complained about their scheduling and appointment. This place needs to fix this as soon as possible

I went to this salon in July and was served by Hannah. She was really nice and we chatted while she did my hair. I thought it went really well. When I went to pay, the person at the desk asked if I was booking another appointment. I was about to say yes when Hannah interrupted and said no not right now. Weird but ok.I paid (well over what I expected $$$) and left. When I got home and washed my hair myself I was super disappointed. If my hair wasn't precisely on the part that Hannah had cut, I had weird pieces sticking out everywhere. I chopped it off with kitchen scissors when I couldn't stand it any longer. I have 3 kids and I couldn't justify getting a sitter again to go back in. Hannah asked me to add her to Instagram when I was there and I was excited when I saw my dye job and cut. I felt good about it. I went to show a friend how it had been curled a few weeks later and the post was gone. I guess my hair wasn't a job she was proud of. It made me feel like garbage. Will not return. Self esteem took a hit. She's just looking for an aesthetic for Instagram and followers. Gross.
