Colour was nothing like it was supposed to be...

I booked hair appointments in advance for three months, including just before Christmas. First she gave me a colour that I hated and “didn’t have time” to fix it. Then I texted to confirm my Christmas appointment and suddenly Natasha doesn’t have an appointment booked for me. I have the card in my hand in HER handwriting showing the dates and times of the appointments that she booked. She clearly gave my appointment to someone else because I had to cancel my last appointment. Not very professional … would NOT recommend.
