My sister and I were both in desperate need of a fresh cut, but wanted to keep our length. We were both blown away and PUMPED to hear we could do a quick trim dry cut. Today I went to Pump to get my hair dyed from dark blond/light brown to platinum blond. I had Kelsey and she was amazing from beginning to end. She really cares about making your experience and hair the best it can be. She’s a perfectionist and my colour is completely even from roots to ends. She also made sure my hair was completely straight for the perfect finish. I can’t rave enough about her! She’s an amazing, kind, awesome human/hair stylist. She also is great about working with people that are afraid to cut off more than half an inch of hair (me). Did you know they have massage chairs you can sit in while your colour processes? Anyways what an amazing experience, my hair looks the best it ever has. I’ll be back for sure 10/5 stars.

This space is beautifully put together! The atmosphere is exactly what you want when being pampered. Amanda, in particular is amazing. Pumps atmosphere is Rejuvinating. you walk in and you know magic is about to happen to your hair. The ladies Katrina & Amanda are so Uplifitng once you step foot in the door the pampering starts. Lush Kimono's , A treat bar was amazing especially for a diabetic with low bloodsugsars running late to my appt. While I was awaiting my color to lift, I enjoyed a massage on one of their massage chairs! BONUS POINTS I suffer from chronic pain so going to a salon to get my hair done can sometimes leave my body very tense for days, BUT NOT TODAY AT PUMP. #supportyoungmominbuissness. Thankyou Katrina.

Shelby gave me the best hair colour I have ever had. The product she used to lift my hair was ammonia free so my hair feels so soft. She did a full-lift ballayage and a creative colour & cut. It turned out to be the most beautiful lavender with so much dimension! I highly recommend Pump! Their staff is amazing.
