My kids last haircuts were terrible. Choppy, uneven and generally just a disaster. The barber seemed to only know like 3 cuts and was confused by what my kids wanted (pretty simple cuts). Maybe more time should be spent of getting quality barbers and less on being a clothing store.

WOW!!!! What an experience I had for a hair cut and and hot shave. Went in with a full beard and in need of a good hair cut and I came out clean shaved and a new fresh look. Hot shave was relaxing and one of the best I have ever had. Peter's technique was flawless, as the shave did not pull once. All the staff was polite and welcoming. The shop also had a sweet vibe as a men's clothing store as well. Really set up as a some stop shop for any man looking to change up his look. I am from out of town and had was referred here. I am doing the same, highly recommend this place if looking for a cut and hot shave.

I was on vacation and needed a haircut, I had let mine grow for a while.... Really wish I didn't even bother, everyone's had a bad haircut in their life and mine definitely ranks in the top three. I feel like I am pretty easy going and my hair doesn't need to match my mind's eye... But Holy..... When a barber... Or hairdresser only asks you what number for the trimmer you know things are going to end badly! My hairstyle can now be described as illogical, rushed, poorly executed, not natural looking, not befitting... Etc. This location has many barbers and I am not speaking for all of them of course.

This was an amazing experience all around. My barber was a very professional (but quite funny) man named VANCE. This guy really knew what he was doing. If you are looking for someone who knows how to do a proper men's fade then look no further. He even trimmed my eyebrows! That's the first time anyone has done that for me. Plus, the haircut was only $20 - unreal! I couldn't even believe it. Ask for VANCE I promise you won't regret it.

We were very disappointed with Amanda. She made us feel very rushed claiming she only had 20mins to cut my sons hair. seemed very agitated and short with us when I showed her a picture she took one look and started shaving it very short almost bald. I felt very uneasy to say anything or ask anything as i was asked to wait in seating area. Ended up being very different than what we showed her. Unfortunately I would never book there again because of that experience

I've been going here for a few years. Hair cuts are always good, people are friendly and you get a hot towel at the end of your haircut. Great place and the cuts are about average price. If you go after 4pm, they even offer you a beer!

I would like to thank Amanda for another rewarding visit to the barbers. I moved here a few years ago and decided to try 5 or 6 different barber shops before choosing who was best for me. Amanda was the last of that bunch and I have found whom I deem to be the best of them all. She listened to what I wanted done and was very accommodating to me. For the past couple of years I have trusted no-one but Amanda with my needs. I find her smile inducing (as I always leave with one) and have and will continue to use her services. I've been coming here for about a year now and from the moment I set foot in this place it was obvious this was no regular "hair salon". Super casual atmosphere and everyone is so friendly. Really cool idea to see the old-school Barber Shop concept making a comeback.....especially in Penticton! Oh, and they give great haircuts and EXCELENT customer service. I run a customer service based business myself, so I really appreciate it when a local business is getting it right. My only complaint about this place (and its a bizarre complaint, I know), is that they don't charge ENOUGH! For the skill level of the Barbers and customer service, $20 for a haircut is way too low. Do yourselves a favour guys and give yourselves a $5 raise. Would't stop me coming in every month, just sayin'....

Terrible hot shaves for all 5 men in our wedding party on 25 June 2016. They all had cuts, their faces were red and felt sore and sensitive for several days afterwards and 3 had patches of random hair left on their face. I complained and did receive our money back which I appreciate but I would hate for another wedding party to experience what we did on our wedding day. Our photos will now have my husband with a large patch of unshaven hair on his Adam's apple. I will never be able to re-do those photographs which I paid thousands of dollars for.

Showed up with my excited toddler and he soon changed his mind and decided he didn’t want a haircut anymore. I had my other son with me so he sat down for a haircut so at least someone was getting done and Kelby did an amazing job. My other child decided he was down for a haircut after he saw his brother get one so we got him in his chair and the haircut I wanted for him was all scissors. Kelby was very patient and calm which was very helpful and didn’t mind that I had to recruit grandma on video chat to help talk him through it. We had a bad experience last time we came here with our toddler because Amanda just buzzed his head and he was really upset about that for a while so perhaps that trickled over to this visit at first. Kelby cuts my husbands hair and is amazing at that so him cutting our sons heads was a no brainer for us. Amazing experience, very happy
