I just love Voila Coiffure! Sue is a fantastic stylist and always cuts my hair perfectly and has been doing so for nearly 20 years. The staff are all super friendly. The salon is conveniently located and very clean. I’m happy to support a small business run by a smart competent woman!!

Horrifying experience. Do not go here. I asked for my beautiful blonde hair to become warmed up so my roots could grow in easier. Susan was happy to tell me how good she was and came off as cocky spending more than 4 hours on my hair. Susan turned my beautiful hair, ORANGE. It was dyed twice, washed twice, and blow dried twice totally killing it. I STOPPED her unable to watch her butcher it anymore, and no one in the salon cared less about my hair turning multi-coloured orange leaving for closing. Susan even tried to make me pay for the "hair cut, $58". I left in tears and fuming. I have never needed to write a review before, fair warning to all.

BEST I've had since I've moved from Toronto 12 years ago!!! Was seeing Susan for a few years when working in front of her downtown location, now that we've moved further into town, it's harder to see her on my lunch, I am now due to get a haircut done and it's the only person I wanna see... Susan has been my hairdresser for at least 15 years. She has always done an excellent job of cutting and styling my hair. She always ensures that she does my hair the way I like it and also gives me suggestions when I seek her advice on new styles that would suit me. She is always so friendly and caring, and always takes the time necessary to ensure that I am totally satisfied with my styling. I have used other services available at her salon and have always been happy with those, and with her staff providing the service. I have recommended her to my friends and colleagues and would recommend her to anyone else. She is excellent at her job (including as the manager of the salon), and is a great person to know.

What a freshingly delightful experience from the moment you step thru the doorway. The staff here are amazingly friendly from start to finish. No pretension here! They work with each client to find the best possible style, colour and cut. They are very current with all trends for the younger clients and continue to cater to their longtime clients with dignity and respect. They offer all salon services with wonderful staff who work hard to satisfy your needs. There prices are comparable to other downtown salons but their personalities and abilities are superior to what's out there. Definitely a must experience, treat yourself!!!

Very happy with the services at Voila. I had my haircut several times by both hair stylists and both were professional, friendly and overall phenomenal! I have received waxing, pedi/mani from the esthetician for over 20 years. Very pleased that I gave this salon a go two years ago. Without hesitation, I would recommend this salon.

Dishonest staff. Went in to buy makeup, couldn't remember what colour I bought the first time. Went to the receptionist (emily) asked her to check my file and see what one I bought last time, mentioned that I think it was "shell" I'm assuming she pretended to look turns me and says yup it's shell. I buy it get home put it on my face and guess what it's like 3 shades lighter! And I'm stuck with a 45 dollar product I cannot use! Never going back to buy my products..I can just order them ALL online and that's what I'll be doing from now. Thanks for allowing me to buy a wrong product just so u can make money ????

I went to see Faran, and just wow. I walked in with really badly damaged hair that was incredibly outgrown. She managed to make my hair look amazing, it feels so much healthier and the cut and styling was just impeccable. I had bangs that were outgrown that wont be a problem anymore. Everyone is super pleasant, love the receptionist. The whole kit was just a great experience. I highly HIGHLY recommend seeing them if a great cut, great experience and amazing prices are on your checklist. :) Left so so so happy. Thank you again!!!!
