I had a totally Zen experience at Le Coiffeur and got EXACTLY the cut I wanted. David is engaging and built great rapport while letting me take the lead on the level of conversation that was comfortable for me. Le Coiffeur is he upscale salon experience without the drawbacks: hustle and bustle, loud talkers and unexpected delays caused by a stylist juggling two clients at once. David is a perfectionist who "gets" me and what is important to me regarding a hair style and color. I am low maintenance when it comes to my hair. The cut looks equally as good, if I wash and go or put a little extra effort. The colour is the perfect strawberry blonde and looks natural!

Literally worst follow up & customer service I've ever come across from a professional level salon that doesn't deliver wanted hair results or follow up to rectify mistakes as well as canceled one appointments too many. First two sessions went well however by the third visit my hair was almost charcoal grey/black instead of a light grey or silver. First two times it was decent but kept fading off to a green tone. And that was a year ago. I kept trying to schedule a follow up with him to fix the problem however he kept cancelling or rescheduling for a month because he was sick. I didn't even ask for a discount or to fix it for free since he dyed it seriously dark considering the amount of bleaching done the prior visit to make it more light/silver grey! I just wanted it fixed! Anyhow I went to someone else for the past year since I wasn't even in town, and when I tried to come back as a returning customer to him this past month since I love Kevin Murphy products in general, he as usual cancelled on me (when I was almost there after a 45 min drive) and said he'd reschedule but again he never did! This time all I wanted was a simple return to natural color, a trim and a blow dry, not another disappointment.
