I've been coming to Walter now for at least 6 years to get my hair cut-i won't let anyone else, my mother has been for i don't even know how many years before for perms and cuts and has an even stronger hair dresser loyalty. he's simply amazing, an amazing cut as well as conversation. you'll always be James Dean to me though :P

A few years back, before my wedding, I went in to see about styles. The owner was in and recommended someplace that specializes in wedding hairdos, and gave me some magazines he had there with styles. He didn't expect to ever see me again, but he was kind and helpful. I went back a while after for a cut, and he did a great job. Hours didn't work with my schedule for a while but things are changing now. Going to stop in again for a cut very soon.

Went there around the stage 2 opening during the epidemic. Was in need of a desperate haircut and everyone else around the area were busy for the entire month. The place wasnt very clean nor welcoming and he was not cut out for the "modern day" cuts. Didn't get what I asked for unfortunately and was very unsatisfied. If you're in for old school hair cuts. This may be your place.

I am from Belleville and here for a week I don't know much about the city but found this salon online and it had great reviews so I gave it a shot. I was nervous at first as he (Walter I believe) asked some vague questions and got to work, no photo no description and in the end he gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever had. And he even made the color I have left in my hair look like a nice color job instead of a gross mess. If I lived in the area I would come back all the damn time! I reccommend this place to everyone in the area. Oh also CRAZY GOOD PRICES I felt like I robbed the guy so I gave him a good tip :)
