I had such an amazing experience here! Claire cut my hair this evening and I am so happy with the cut she gave me. She even gave me suggestions for a rose gold balayage which I had never thought of doing before but will definitely go back and get. The ladies there are so nice and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Usually I feel like a burden to my stylist at other salons and like I'm being rushed out of the chair but I did not feel like that at all here. 11/10 will never go anywhere else!!!

Hairdressers there only do basic jobs they don't know how to style. Went there showed a pic they said yes and completely messed up her ad when confronted. She came up with a bogus story. Had to go somewhere else. Will not reccomed this place to anyone.

Had an appointment July 7th for a trim. A TRIM. the top wasn't too bad a little shorter than expected.. underneath... Omg I'm dying. I've been it utter disbelief. She took a good 6 inches, it's about 4 inches shorter than the hair on the top layers of my head. What In the ever loving world. Why would the "stylist" do this to my hair? I'm disgusted. I can't do anything but wear my hair in a bun now. She ruined my hair!!!

Could be a good place but my hairdresser seemed to be novice, took a lot of time in a simple haircut and was fumbling with the cash register. I found it to be a little bit expensive too, but would attribute that to COVID.

I went to Hair Tracks after seeing recommendations on Facebook for Laura. I loved the hair cut she gave me. It was better than I had expected. Prices are also very reasonable. Laura was professional, and very friendly. Great experience. I will certainly be going back.

Hair Tracks is the best place I have ever found to be the nicest people I have ever met Leona and her staff are great its like visiting family when I go there they make you feel welcome all the time. They have been doing my hair for over a year and it comes out prefect every time.She has great colors to choose from and lesson to what you want. I just had a hysterectomy and Leona was so nice to me she came to my house to see how I was feeling and gave me beautiful flowers from her garden. Give it a try I'm sure you will be very satisfied. I highly recommend Hair Tracks

I tried calling here for prices and as I was talking the woman on the phone goes woah woah and says your phone is breaking up. I said hello and she just kept being rude. It's all in how you talk to people I found her to be really quick so you just lost my business

Hair Track's Perm Shack is an exceptional salon, I have very thick and course hair and Leona and her staff have continuously done a great job with my cuts and colour, You walk in the door and you are greeted with a warm hello and a smile. Come on out and experience the conversation and the laughs. The stylists in this shop are very knowledgeable in there chosen path.

I have been coming to the Salon Owner, Laura, for two years before COVID. She is a wonderful small business owner, who runs a lovely and professional salon. After paying high prices in downtown Toronto for highlights and haircuts, finding Laura's salon was a dream! She has very fair prices for her level of expertise and always listens and accommodates what my vision for my hair is. Hair Tracks also carries great products that I love to try and purchase when I am in. I can't wait for Hair Tracks to open back up so I can return to see Laura and her team!

I’ve been going to Hair Tracks since I was a kid. Ownership has changed hands but it’s still a great place with fair prices to get your hair cut. They even welcome dogs in the store in the summer if it’s too hot outside!

The products used here for hair colouring are low quality. Last for a short period of time, uneven tones and uneven cut. Honestly look like Im watching an episode of Brad Mundo screaming that it isnt done right and that I must have done it at home myself... The colours are not vibrant, figured the first time it was just what I picked. Then the second time going the same problem even with a different colour request and cut. Poor quality. Will not be going back.

I love this salon and my latest hair colour and cut! I wanted a low maintenance cut that would work with my natural wave and Laura made it happen. I love it and I've had several compliments from friends. Days later it's still easy to look after so that says a lot. The salon has a warm atmosphere and everyone is friendly. These women obviously care about clients and enjoy their work!

Finally a place that is fair and treats its customers with the respect thats deserved. I had the pleasure of visiting this place for a buzz cut. I had called 5 places to see what they charge for a buzz cut and all we're $25+tax...... B.S.! I walked into Hair Tracks and immediately was greated by smiles. I was speechless to see they charge $6........ yes just $6 for a buzz cut! When I told the owner every place else charges $25 she replied with " "Its about treating people the way I want to be treated"! Music to my ears. I wish all businesses were run this way. My buzz cut was $6, and you get a stamp card for a free cut after 7. Congrats Hair Tracks. Bravo!! So glad I was told about your establishment. To the owner you are unique in the best way possible.

I've been going to Hair Tracks for years and have had nothing but positive experiences. I show them a picture of the haircut/style/colour I want and they bring my vision to life everytime. Totally fair prices, the shop is clean and the stylists are friendly and courteous. I recently went for a visit and their COVID protocols made me feel very safe. They have a cute outdoor waiting area to hang out while you wait to be called for your turn. Everything inside it sanitized and everyone is masked up, ALSO they have the cutest and cheapest reusable masks for sale if you forgot yours; only $5!

Its a typical old school salon, not all zuzzed up. But that’s the beauty. •Its economical - amazing rates. •Welcomes walk-ins - Off-course if you walk in around busy hours you’ll have to wait because others are appointments and they’ll have to squeeze you in. •Great place for kids - Trust me if anyone can handle kids they are at their humblest. •Good knowledge and understands the clients needs. They will suggest you according your budget too. And lastly, the lady I got my haircut from Laura she was amazing and really very friendly. It was an amazing experience at a great price. Will recommend to others and visit again.
