Was my first and last time I'm ever going here! I asked for blonde ombré look and was impressed with everything up until I was left for an hour with bleach in my hair!!!! I was left in the back room while they took on new customers. After I paid and left my hair started falling out and was super elastic feeling/ straw feeling, and this was about a month ago . Since then i had to have my hair chopped and it still is horrid and a lot of hair is coming off, I was so terrified for anyone to touch my hair to begin with hence the reason I came to them and repeatedly told them this! And this is what happend! I am very disappointed and upset with how my hair looks and feels !!

Went to have my hair French braided the girl couldn't do it the way I wanted it to be and in half hour at work it all came apart waist of time and I usually like it there

Always a friendly atmosphere! Was here the other week for my friends wedding. They closed down the shop and had snacks and drinks available for the wedding party. They made everyone feel super relaxed and the updo's were beautiful! Very professional and friendly environment!

I called to make a same day appointment for a men's and woman's cut. When I arrived the hairdresser was highlighting her own hair.. she spent less then 10 min on both our hair and charged me $80 mentioning that she needed to get the colour out before her hair falls out. She should of never made an appointment with me and I definitely would never go back.
