Really beautiful salon, and friendly service. My issue is with the quality of work. I had a pedicure done, but there was still dry skin on my feet when I got home, and the manicurist left old nail polish at the edges of a couple of nails. She did an awesome job on the new nail polish, though. I'm undecided if I will return, I'll probably check out other places first.

I used to come here and get my hair done but every time it would turn out orange and really splotchy. when i got it cut here it came out really choppy and uneven. I recently got my eyebrows waxed here and my skin got completely ripped off and swollen. i woke up the next day with a swollen and black eye which now looks like i got punched. the people here are really nice though, but i’m not happy.

I come out loving my hair and I get lots of compliments on it. Brooke is the person to go to for that perfect blonde balayage. Jaime-Lea was also amazing who is always in such a happy mood. It has such a fun atmosphere and everyone is so friendly and chatty. My mom and sister in law have both come here just from my recommendation and I will continue raving about it. 10/10????????❤️

Unorganized . was in for trim and tip colouring , what should have been a hr and half appt tops . was three hours plus , not to mention leaving colour in hair for over an hour and mentioning it to another hairdresser who seemed to have no regards to it damaging my daughters hair , it took a hair dresser another fifteen minutes before she washed it out .. we were happy with the outcome but were not satisfied with the unorganized timing fashion feeling like were the bottom of their priority .

I've been to this salon on multiple occasions for multiple services. I even booked with them for my wedding and my entire wedding party! It is always been a friendly and professional environment with great results. Until I decided to treat my self and go the whole nine with my hair. I had called to book a colour, highlight, cut and style. I'm a healthcare worker working a second wave of a pandemic, I work the first wave and now I'm preparing for a third wave. As you can imagine mental health in today's society is wearing thin, as Im sure it is for everyone. That is why I decided to treat myself before things get locked down again, I just wanted to feel a little bit of normalcy and feel beautiful again, maybe less like a robot. As soon as I heard that things were opening up again, I made the call for the appointment. After playing phone tag for a few days (which is totally understandable!), I was refused to be booked because I was asking for a senior stylist and simply could not remember her name. I was however offered a new stylist but she mentioned she is brand new to colouring. Normally I would be completely fine with this, everyone has to start some where! But this time I just wanted to be spoiled and absolutely love my image after shelling out all that money for what I wanted done. Im so disappointed with how this was handled, I won't be returning for any of the previous services I had been there for.

I went here for a lash lift and the result was terrible! One eye looked fine, but the other was curled all the way back to my eyelid and the lashes were bent all over the place. I've had lash lifts in many different places over the years and never seen anything like it. Over a month later, it is only getting worse. Based on reviews it sounds like a good place for a haircut but don't trust them with your lashes!!!

It was my first time at Sharp Images Salon, after moving to the area from London UK last year. I had let my hair grow out during the pandemic and since having my first child. I had previously been very blonde with mico-ring extensions and I was missing my colour so much! PJ (Jessica) did my balayage, and cut and styling- this is the best experience I’ve ever had at a salon. PJ did my hair EXACTLY how I wanted it, even better than I imagined, I am still so happy a few weeks on. Very unhappy with haircut by Brooke. It is very choppy, uneven length and will take quite awhile to grow it out to even get close to having it corrected. (I have consulted another stylist and that was what they advised me) Be aware that this salon does not allow enough time between appointments and this affects the quality of the service! Stylists are required to rush you through to be able to stay on schedule.
