I have been getting my hair done here for years and love this place! My hair tends to have a mind of it's own sometimes, they are very knowledgeable and took the time to teach me and give me tips on how to tame it, I have always left happy! All the stylists here are wonderful, there is a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, plus their prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!

STAY AWAY!!! I am a new client, Kristen was recommended to me by a business client. Booked an appointment in July. On the day I was going for my first appointment got a call from the salon that Kristen was sick. Re-booked for another day. Again got a call, she was still sick. Re-booked again. Got some highlights done. Ok. So thought I would try her again. Booked for today August 15th. Drove 45minutes from my home for 9:30am appointment. Arrived and was told Kristen was sick again!!! NO CALL. I am finished with Kristen and this salon. They have no respect for there clients and there clients time. Interesting that Kristen is always sick on a tuesday after a weekend!!!!

I have very long hair and was totally nervous about trying someone new. Christie did my hair and my only question is why did I wait so long! My hair looked better than I thought it could. She did a fabulous job and has a client for life with me. Reasonably priced with high end results. If you're debating dont, just go!

I am very disappointed with the punctuality and customer service at Revamp Hair Studio. To be fair, I have never had an issue with quality or value, and it seems that the hair dressers are very good at what they do. I had been there before to see Christine (she is no longer there) and was happy with her services. At my scheduled time, I was told it would be 20 more minutes. I asked why they could not keep their scheduled time and was told that "it's like a doctor's office". This is a rather pretentious comparison in my opinion. During this conversation, a hairdresser sat at the back of the store reading a magazine. When I protested and mentioned I had left work to be there, she was asked if she would take me, but I suppose the answer was no because she stayed back there. I realize breaks are important. So are customers. Perhaps a reply to this review could be that "she was not on break", with some excuse. From my observation, this was not the case. If you need specialty services and time is not an issue, they will likely treat you very well and do a quality job. If you're looking for a regular hair cut and value your time, then go somewhere else.
