I brought my daughter in for a haircut and colour. The Quoted price at the start of the service was three times more at check out. I would have no issue paying but the stylist did not seem experienced and left my daughters bangs uneven as well as the colour darker then requested . I wont be be returning and Neither will my daughter.

ve been coming here since I was 12 years old and now 26. I have been seeing the same stylist Isabelle for the entire years of me coming here and always was very satisfied and happy through my entire salon experience. I have come for a variety of services such as, colouring, cut, highlights, prom hair do etc and Isabelle never had me disappointed. The rest of the staff here are great as well and all very helpful and kind. Isabelle has been doing blonde highlights on me forever and one time died my hair black and she got it back to blonde. I am a very happy customer from the time I walk in to the time I have left. I highly recommend this salon for any service need as they pretty much do everything. You will not be disappointed and will indeed be a happy customer! I would rate this salon 100 stars!!!!!

It was my first time with Isabella, and man how amazing she was! My sister decided to cut my hair in my sleep.. it was an absolute MESS. Thankfully I booked with Isabella super fast and easy online. She greeted me right away at the entrance. I cried so much to her cause I was scared I would have a bob cut or something. She saved my hair. Gave me a cute little curtain banged hairstyle. She’s absolutely the sweetest. We spoke so much it was so great, she’s Polish as well which was awesome to speak with a friendly neighbour ☺️. Definitely will be back!

My wife works in Oakville place mall , unfortunately her hair turned into a disaster when she came into this salon . Management must of found it clever to delete there old google account and create a new google account to disregard the low ratings. My wife unfortunately no longer has the photos to post but the memory is one that will last. management is aware of my wife’s hair and has disregarded from responding once my wife left a review and a photo of the mess of a choppy haircut . Very disappointing.
