This quaint little spot is a 10 out of 10! Professional service with all the perks of a large salon - minus the hustle and bustle. Neveen is a FANTASTIC colorist. I have been trusting her with my curly tresses for close to 7 years now and have never had a less than stellar experience.

She makes you feel at ease, super friendly and meticulous when working on my hair, which is one of the many reasons I love coming back to her. Highly recommend her services!

What a wonderful experience both my hair and myself had at Eleven and Co. Their eco friendly, sustainable products are just as effective as your regular salon brand products, but the result is so much more satisfying. The offering of coffee and snacks was the cherry on top, and I'm so excited for post COVID so that these treats can return. These ladies have out done themselves.

I not only go to this salon for some hair loving but to hangout with Elise because when I am there I don’t feel like a client , but a good friend :) I am always offered a hot drink or water and healthy snack. I sometimes ( more times than not ) don’t know what exactly I want done with my hair .. I tell Elise what I don’t like about my hair and she quickly suggests some things she could do. I am adventurous and let her try just about anything because I know I’ll be happy with it every time. Did I tell you her massage during the wash is divine ? Oh man. With the comfy foot stool that allows you to fully relax .. and the TLC given to your scalp and hair ... you won’t regret your visit. I strongly suggest Eleven and Company every single time for every single occasion. But hey, who says you need an occasion to get pampered ?

I just moved into the neighbourhood and was searching for a new hair salon, as well as a team who was experienced with the balayage look. After looking around the web for awhile I came across a lot of wonderful before and after shots from Eleven and Co and decided I wanted to go here. I haven't coloured my hair in over a decade so I was a bit nervous. Needless to say my hair came out incredible. I am so happy that I found them - they are a wonderful team and very friendly - but most importantly very talented. Let's just say I have my new go-to place for life now. :) They also carry the Evo line of hair care products which are incredible and I decided to buy a few items. I am hooked! I love products that are more natural and still work well. On top of all of this Neveen and Elise try very hard to recycle as much as 80% or higher of everything at the salon - which is incredible. Not only do they care about the environment but they will care about YOU and your HAIR! <3

Neveen and Elise are both highly skilled stylists and have created a place where customers are pampered with hot towels and neck massages. Neveen gives haircuts that make you feel wonderful about your hair, she really understands different hair types and how best to cut to ideally frame your face. She also has great ideas for colour and texture. You will look forward to your next appointment!

From the moment you walk in the door you feel an over sense of calm and excitement in the air! They offer you coffee, drinks and snacks which is a nice touch! They start off with the most amazing shoulder message and than followed by a hair was that leaves scalp tingling! I found them on instagram and loved what they do! So I called and booked an appointment with Neveen! I went in thinking I wanted to cut my hair shorter. However, with Neveen’s expert guidance we decided not to go super short and do it gradually! Thank goodness! Normally you go get your hair cut and the stylist cuts and styles the hair in a way that you can’t recreate at home! Not Neveen! She is practical about your life and gives you a style that is super trendy and easy to maintain (if that’s what you want) she loves what she does! I’m glad I went it was a great experience!

I love seeing Neveen, she always makes me look and feel 10x better than when I walked in. She's completely transformed my dull, ashy brown hair into a gorgeous blonde balayage. Even with the bleaching my hair has never felt dead, she knows exactly how to keep it super healthy and soft. She always listens to what I want but is honest when what I want is not exactly what will look best and I cannot thank her enough for that. If I could give her more than five stars I would she is absolutely amazing!!!

Neveen and Elise make you feel like you are getting together with a bunch of girlfriends in your living room sipping on amazing coffee (yes with oat milk or grass fed milk!!) while getting pampered with a new hair due!!! They also use really great quality hair product from the colors to shampoo etc...and really like their mission too- all about helping the planet!! Thanks for making it a great and fun experience!! She spoils you from the moment you walk in - coffee, tea, hot chocolate and munchies. Before she begins you get a shoulder massage that is so relaxing.
